the finish seems to have worn away only slightly and I do mean slightly but im just a little worried it will spread so Mark has offered to have a look and reapply the finish really cannot speak highly enough of Mark every email has been answered very quickly in fact he is being great about it cant ask anymore of him

I think this might be a language barrier thing, because they look brass to me, brass is copper and zinc mixed.

Well, as far as Mark told me in the first place, he mentioned copper. I know the difference between brass and copper and I think you are right about it being brass. Copper oxidizes fairly quick and as far as I can tell, the little nipple inside the top cap remained unchanged in color

Wow thats really weird, especially it being titanium, was it that way when you got it or did it happen slowly? do you think it might have been something where a certain area was not sandblasted/matte sanded enough? What portion is affected? I am only asking so I can keep an eye open just in case.

From the picture receive i dont see it very good,al area are sandblasted and maibe it was a small particle of titanium inside the ring.
