keep trying on website tried to get shipped to my new address and wont let me. try shipping to the grandparents house where my card is issued to and wont let me iso some help here trying to get my first reo and keeps giving me this error.

A phone call to your card issuer can help too. I used to work in a bank call center and took these kind of calls all the time. They can tell you which address to use. It's your billing address causing that problem.
