A preview of Kevin's Provari with clear acrylic display screen, built in cap and matching button. Turned in #65 - Desert Oasis Acrylic
I am not sure if this style can be turned in wood with CA finish because of the clear acrylic display.

Provape uses Loctite 3979 Light Cure Adhesive to secure the circuit board in place. This glue requires a UV light to harden the glue. The Loctite UV light cost around $900. Because of this cost I will be using RTV to secure the circuit board in place. RTV should hold the circuit board in place and is also removable if the Provari requires repair in the future.

Provari's have never looked so good...can't wait to see it all put together!
The Provaris are all assembled. As far as I can tell the RTV works well.
Last night I applied a small amount of RTV in the corner where the groove in the tube and the board meets. I let the RTV set up over night. This morning I tested to see how well the experiment worked. The RTV seems to stick very well to the stainless tube. I put a battery in and gently pushed. This caused the board to move slightly up and the RTV to flex, but it did not fail. At first I was worried that this may cause a issue with the battery making proper contact. I pressed the cap onto the mod, installed the battery and screwed the cap on. The battery made contact. My next concern was will the battery rattle and beat on the board. I gave it a shake and could not hear or feel any movement with the battery or board. I think when I pressed on the cap it also pressed the RTV between the cap and the board fixing the movement issue.
After this test I pressed Kevin's Provari together. I also could not hear or feel any movement of the battery. I used Kevin's Provari for about 10 minutes. With my DID it worked perfectly the whole time.
Now I know for sure that I have to get a Provari. It hits much nicer and more consistent compared to my Lavatube. What I mean is how it produces the vapor. It seems like it very evenly produces the vapor and there is much more vapor. At first I didn't believe it, but after switching my DID back and forth there is no doubt the Provari works better.
The only thing I did not like was when I ran the Provari up to 4.2V with a 1.5ohm coil I got a E2 Error code. At 4.0V I did not get any code and 3.7 is the sweet spot.

I still have to finish up a cone and take pictures. When I get done I will post them up.
Monday the Provari's and should be in the mail.
If you guys don't have any issues with them for a few weeks I will add them to the list of available mods :)

Lewis, when you get on Skype, I've got a link to the Bull Box Mod review for you. Also, I think I am sending a vmax your way to try your hand at. It already has the head off. :)
Cool review! It is good to see that he fixed the issues.
Hopefully the Vmax won't suffer the same fate that the Ego Twist did.

Just few pictures :D

First is a group shot. I have never had this many mods sitting here at one time and I couldn't resist lining them all up. These mods took about 2 weeks to complete.

Jojobo is going nuts with anticipation. And they both are stunning. Each with a different look and appreciation.
Thanks, I hope she isn't driving you too crazy :D

You do realize that you will have to use the colored Provaris once in awhile or they will feel abandoned and get sad. I am sure they will be naked for at least two weeks until you and Kevin finish up testing.

Lol. Naked that long... Good thing we have your mailing address. They may need to take their naked self on a trip. ;)
