My son finished up the tank for his segelei LT and I still have to turn the tip. My wife who doesn't vape found out it was for sale and bought it before the tank is even finished. When I finish the tip I will post pictures of that as well. The wife plans on getting some no nic flavors to try out in her new toy.

Here are four tanks that are heading off to Eric Monday morning.
Robert's DCT turned in cocobolo

Possibly Dave's DCT turned in black ash. A attempt to match his battery tube.

I test fitted the tube on my stone tank. I think it pretty much the same tube with the plastic threads at both ends. I should be able to turn that type of tube. I am not sure if I have a drill bit in the correct size, but I could always order a bit. The only thing that might be a issue is if I get CA in the threads. I could always try put some VG on the threads to keep it from sticking.

I will be trying to turn two Provari's

Valcityboy came up with the idea to replace the stock led cover of his Provari with a piece of plexi-glass. This will hopefully allow me to turn the plexi-glass along with the acrylic so that the only metal that will remain will be the top cap and possibly the bottom cap. This will require a lot of cutting by hand to fit and glue the plexi-glass.

The second Provari belongs to Jojobo. The bottom half of her Provari will be covered in Amboyna Burl and it will have a inset cap. The top half will be sanded and buffed. It will also have a tank cone to fit a Ithaca.

I have taken Jojobo's Provari apart with out breaking it. The stainless steel has been sanded down and buffed to a mirror finish. A few days ago the Amboyna arrived.

Currently both projects are on hold because I am waiting for some Fuller HSS Brad point bits to ship. Last time it took them a month to be made and ship. Hopefully it won't be that long with this order.

Here are pictures of the progress.

I got the shipping notice for the drill bits. I am so happy that it didn't take them a month like last time.

Eric also sent me tubes for the EVO. The cap looks like it will be easy. The battery tubes have the threads on the outside of the tube. The downside to this is when I apply the CA it will probably get in the threads. I am going to try using wax to coat the threads so I can get the CA off easily. I will also apply the CA with a Q-tip to hopefully keep the CA off the thread all together. The drill bit for the cap is in the mail and I will order the bit for the tubes.

By November I hope to add the Provari, Iaddy, EVO, DID and Griffin to the list.

Why can't you just wrap some tape around the threads?
