I won't take full credit for joining the club just yet friend haha, I still vape 12mg almost every other day. To be honest I don't notice too big a difference between the two levels, however I am happy that 6% at least satisfies me. With these levels I find that it's a smooth and gradual nicotine level, they are both so "soft" that I can basically vape all day and feel the same. I think that smoothness has gotten rid of my morning "nicotine hangovers" too, I'm pretty sure when I use the 12mg I just vape a little less, kind of a pick it up and set it down type of deal, where with 6mg it's glued to my hand :p.

I actually notice no difference between 6mg and 0mg. Been part of the 6% club since I started. I've now had to cut the pg level even more, and I want to use up my halo liquid. So I purchased a big bottle of 20/80 0 unflavored from mt baker. Man, that stuff is thicker than syrup (even my honey). But, it vapes great when mixed with my juices. So I get less than 6, even 3 mg. my all day vapes tend to be 0mg. I have lots of juice in various percentages.

I wasn't addicted to nicotine, and I find most folks smoking under a pack a day are probably in the same boat. What I was addicted to was the rituals and taste. Smoking was a part of my daily routines, even when smoking half a cigarette, something I had been doing for years. My routines got seriously messed up when I could vape inside. I was addicted to the chemicals, so drastically cutting back on cigarettes, before starting to vape, and doing 5 cigs a day for at least a month prior to vaping, really helped. This is so I wouldn't associate the act of vaping with smoking (being addicted to the routines, cigarette with coffee, after meals, etc., it's more of a habit with kick).

I couldn't take the traditional nrt's, they were too strong, and cold turkey was REALLY hard (it's that habit thing). So finding the right vapes to replace those first thing in the morning, the coffee cig, and the after meal cig, those are the beginning flavors. What I mistakenly thought, was that I would stick with those flavors. Some yes, but less on the tobacco flavors. So stock up on sweet, fruit, etc, and buying more smaller bottles than larger. But all my larger bottles are 0 mg. so, I guess I'm there. :vapor:

I just started vaping a month ago. When I bought my first kit at a local B&M store it came with 3 bottles at different levels and the highest was at 24. I didn't think 24 was enough so I purchases 10Ml of 36 and I almost gagged on it. Right now I seem to be doing pretty good around 18 and I will eventually work my way down to zero, maybe by the end of this year.

I've been good at about 6mg this past winter since I am mostly vaping slowly at the computer for long periods of time. Now that spring is here (just today) I upped the nic a bit so I could try to approximate that 'reward' smoke I like to have when I am doing an outside project but don't have an elongated period to absorb the nicotine.
