It actually even looks kind of cool... If you could keep me posted on how it works for you after you've had it awhile. It might be just the thing for the hubby maybe for father's day.

Ive had it 2 days nows now gotten 10hrs off first charge using my ego today but so far I honestly have no complaints at all button fired every single time I hit it

I watched some reviews on youtube (in fact, I think I watched them all, there are not many ) and it seems in a year's time it dropped considerably in price. Used to be sixty or seventy or something. For the price I guess it can't be beaten.

Make that three times. When in a backup cycle, obviously they backup the incoming posts that can't get placed right away as well, to put them on the forum later. At least it adds to my post count.

I like the idea of generic batteries and I've been recommending the e-power which is something like an eGo that uses 14500 batteries. I'd like it a lot better, if it had 510 threads but, you can't beat the price.

I'd probably have one by now but, I have 4 eGo batteries and I can't justify it. My primary vape at the moment is a really funky looking homemade, bottom feeding box mod. I still use the eGo when I'm out and don't want to attract a lot of attention but, that's not often.

You can get the batteries cheap at dealextreme.com but, you have to wait a month to get them. So, order early.

I can't found one either even on big pics. May be it has a bottom switch. No too much info on website and warranty is only 30 days but they claim "there is nothing to brake" so it should be a lifetime warranty. The price is a really good.

Anyone know if the batteries that come with the kit are protected, and if the charger works with unprotected batteries (doesn't overcharge unprotected batts?)

I read the whole site and couldn't find where they said the batteries are protected.... There's a video on the site under "testimonials" that has a guy talking about it and he says (at that time) he got it at litecigsusa for something like $70. He was using a BE112 (801) but they have adapters on their site to a 901 or a 510 with the all the atomizers. Looks like a really good price. I don't think the batteries are protected, though.....

I've read the whole site and that's really a good price. Litecigsusa sells the exact same kit for $54.99. This is original manufacturer.

There's not a lot of info on the batteries and charger out there that I could find other than than size. I can't imagine a company selling un-protected batteries in a kit so I'd have to think they were protected but you could contact them to be sure. I personally wouldn't count on the charger having overcharge protection even if it was said so I'd stick with protected batteries when using that charger.

Even taking the batteries and charger out of the equation you can get AW CR123 or IMR 16340 batteries for $7ish each and a decent charger with overcharge protection isn't that much. It'd still be a great deal at $30 even if you wanted to upgrade those from the start.
