Worst atomizers ever

I just went through 2 Boge 2.0 atties last week. They were from a different vendor. Seems like they are sucking big time. Any other LR atty i buy last me 2 months or more. I got a few 1.5 ohm atties from ecigsupply that got me a good 3 months each and a few GP510LR from good prophets that went 2 months. No more Boge atties for me either, i'm done with them.:-x

If AV wants customer satisfaction, they will replace those bad attys if you just recently purchased them. Unfortunately if these attys were in your inventory for a while you may be out $$'s. Do you test them on a MultiMeter when received?

I had a horrible 2 month experience with a bulk purchase of 26 attys (not Boge or Bauway or EM) from a well-known and liked vendor. All attys passed the MM test upon arrival. However, after the 4th atty of the group died, I contacted the vendor. He couldn't believe I was having a problem since no one else had complained. At that point, I started an Xcell sheet with date purchased - date applied - date atty died. I kept him informed of the spreadsheet. Out of the 26 attys, only 4 lasted more than 5 days !! The rest lasted only hours. Fortunately, the vendor reimbursed me for the attys after I returned them but I went through much frustration trying to figure out the problem..... bottom line 22 bad attys.

This atty hit or miss stuff is costing a lot of $$'s and frustration to vapers. I understand the mfger's logic behind needing these things to be replaced but I would rather pay $100 for one atty guaranteed for xx amount of usage than throw $'s in the garbage after several hours of vaping.

Hope your bad attys get replaced.....

I'm mainly a carto guy but do like a good drip but have tried all kinds of atties LR,standard,HV, on 510,306,801,901 and while some are good nothing I have tried so far compare's to me to a DCC'S on HV just warmer vapor and better TH.Now definately some juices are better dripped.But AVE tobacco juices are awesome on the DCC 5-6V range IMO.OP hopefully Ben will work with ya!

No two Atty's are exactly the same, no matter the brand, with that said you could get one that last 6 months or one that last a day or even a half an hour. Priming them correctly also helps out a lot, and most every vendor does not warrant Atty's accept for DOA especially LR Atty's and even at that it is with in a time period of 24-48hrs. Being ...... at Ben over an Atty is kind of ridiculous,, wasn't his fault the Atty went on you, it was one of two things, it either wasn't primed with enough juice or you just got a bad Atty ( Boge and Bauway ) not the best of choices in Atty's ! Ikens, Cisco,HH-357's, and a few others rank up tops.

This is the Avejuice Warranty on these Boge Atty's = Note: For professional users ONLY. These only come with a DOA(Dead On Arrival) guarantee. LR atomizers may have a reduced life spans due to their high performance.

NO REFUNDS

Ben is not only one of the very best juice suppliers in the world but also a dam nice guy, if you speak with him FIRST,, instead of going on about 1-2 Atty's you may find out the kind of guy he is, on the other hand it may be to late I'm not gonna speak for Ben. Either way you will catch more Bee's with honey then you will with vinegar especially with one of the very best juice vendors in the world ! There are ways to go about getting customer service and then there are ways about getting customer service !

I did buy them at the beginning of the month along with a new riva kit. I have emailed Ben 2-3 times about this. I'm pretty upset and want a refund.

I completely understand since this is only the 10th.... he should honor your refund or at least answer your email. Send another one with a date to respond. If no response, there is a forum to post negative transactions. Don't remember where but I think it's still going. If AV is smart, he will at least respond with reason for not allowing a return, refund or exchange. Something is wrong with those attys since you have been vaping for over a year and you're not a noob.....

I agree on no two atties are the same. We are all being taken with poor quality so-called good attys. I've had attys test perfect upon arrival only to die after a couple of hours. $'s down the drain maybe once but twice within hours? Must be nice to have that kind of cash to throw away. I've been vaping for over a year as the OP has so I'm sure he knows how to prime. The OP is upset and has a right to be....he's received no response. My main question is why no response after 3 inquiries if Ben is such a nice guy?

Dragon you just stated you've had it happen to you, right,, we all have had it happen where an Atty hasn't lasted or has gone in a day, hour, minutes, at least those of us who have vaped for a while, hell I have put a new LR Atty on a unit myself and popped it before with a freshly charged 4.2v IMR Batt.

The vendor CLEARLY states, NO WARRANTY on these LR Atty's as does just about every vendor I know of accept for DOA, they where not DOA Atty's. Therefor it is a non issue, you buy at your own risk, same as you do juice, once you buy it, it's yours whether you like it or not YOU OWN IT !

Atty's are just NOT a warranty item and rarely have been from anyone for that matter accept DOA, which these where CLEARLY NOT.

As for a no reply from Alien Visions or Ben or his wonderful wife I am more than sure if Ben or Christy I believe his Wife's name is, received this message then they would have made a reply, what he would have done is up to Ben but the guy has super CS and always has. Also like I said, you catch more Bee's with honey then you do bad mouthing someone on a thread, or stating your ...... at them by making contact with them 1st !

ME, if I have an issue with something I have learned to speak to the seller or vendor 1st, before I would post I was ...... or anything else, but that's just me. As for how much I can spend that's a private matter.

Bottom line is I would speak to the vendor, Ben is not the kind of guy who runs a business and ignores an issue that a customer may have, I would suggest a PM here on the ECF to " Porphy " as well as another email to him on his contact link on his website and get Ben's answer to his NO Warranty Boge Atty's rather than post anymore on this matter, I'm out

If that has never happened with an Atomizer before then it's a 1st for the OP, but as Dragon has mention it has happen to him or her and to many of us.

Normally this would be a DOA only issue but with 3 atomizers I do want to check them out and see what went wrong. I'm happy to facilitate an exchange and get this set to rights. Respond back to the help desk ticket and we'll find the avenue that's best to get this fixed for you.

So glad to see this post. I was hoping AV was out of office and that was the reason for no response.
