the saddest part imo, is many customers have to post their complaints publicly to get any response at all. it's a compromising position to be put in to say the least.
shut-up and pray? or complain and hope your supplier doesn't hold a grudge?

it's no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat customers.
communication shouldn't end after the cash drawer slams shut.

Candy, I feel the same way you do, especially about whether to "shut-up or pray" which is not the way customers should have to think/feel.

If a supplier doesnt' provide a phone number and then respond to it promptly, then they should be "Johnny on the spot" with email/PM responses. Unfortunately some are not, even though they have received high marks from some on this forum.

When it comes to quick responses to email, trog (screwdriver) has been outstanding for me. Another top supplier in my experience both with questions answered and returning a bad atomizer has been Phil at e-smokey-treats. And Phil has talked to me at length on the phone on several occassions.

I hope things work out for you, Walrus.

The replacement from Puresmoker came today. 8 days from notification, 5 from shipment (including weekend). Overall, service I can live with.

Via email yesterday evening, Parker said "I will get you 2 more out the door tomorrow morning bud !" and I haven't received a shipping notification. I'm not going to spaz because it didn't go out immediately, but there is an implied promise there.

More updates to come.

I get my ejuice from these guys and it has always been sent promptly (normally next day)

I bought my Dura C here plus I have also bought a spare starter kit and some other bits. Always answers emails within an hour or two and goods normally turn up next day :)

I ordered my first ecig from here, this arrived promptly ( 2 days). I have since placed a couple of other orders. 1 came quickly the other has still not arrived (ordered on 22/3). Although to be fair they were hit by a delay with a large order. They normally answer their emails within 1 business day.

Phil @ e-smokey treats, sent replacement atomizers out ASAP -also will call you, nice plus
PureSmoker, sent out replacement battery, but took some work on my part, still waiting for my sample pack order placed on the re-opening day of the 20th (worried)
