I'm thinking of getting one too!

So basically it is a mech mod with side firing button & small safety such as will fire down to .20 ohms but recommended .25 ohms. Will it like the original control voltage drop &
Sleek side-fire tube with constant-voltage board. Board maintains 3.7V to prevent 'battery sag' & cuts off when below charge.? (Copied from Oughtvape on the original Atto).

I think I would call it a Regulated Mod. Kinda like a Big eGo. Only it can take Replaceable batteries.

I'm going to get one and see it I can Mod it or find a Mech Tube so I can run an 18500 in it.

Wow I like the way that looks  would you recommend it? If you don't mind can you tell me a little about it. There's no info at 3fvape. Thanks!

The Atto mod?

Mine is a clone, from what I understand the original (I think priced around 80-90 bucks) has short protection, low voltage protection & reverse battery protection. It's a "mech-like" mod minus the circuit board that acts as the 510.

The IN clone I got (I believe theres 2 popular clones, "IN" & "SXK") was priced around $20 shipped. Its only got the reverse battery & short protection (I believe its atty short not battery short). My clone allows firing as low as 0.1ohms but I would never build that low.

Whether you get the original or clone, it comes with 18350 standard and an 18650 battery extender. The bottom battery cap has an adjustable base to make sure theres no battery rattle, it also acts as an on/off switch to prevent accidental firing when its in your pocket/bag (just unscrew it so the battery doesn't make contact).

I like how the battery is installed with the positive side bottom, where the vent hole happens to be. So in case your battery does vent (usually from the positive side), you know for a fact the gas will leak out from the bottom first, enough time to throw away a potential pipe bomb (?).

the form factor is nice and small. Its my first mech-like mod so I can't compare its performance to other mechs.

The chip is user replaceable, I believe fasttech carries them and they're relatively cheap.

I would recommend it, especially for its price & form factor. I also see it as sort of an entry lvl mech mod for those of us who want to try mech but are still skeptical about saftety issues.

Thanks for the explanation! The "IN" clone you brought is it the same as the one you linked to on 3fvape?

No Problem.

Just be aware if you are considering getting one from Fasttech, if you have Never purchased things from FT, that those Dates that they say something will Ship are not Always accurate.
If anything I'll get the one from 3fvape, I read the reviews on FT & about half of the discussions & it seems the version they now carry has no logos at all, like the battery insertion logo like the one at 3fvape has. I asked @rice721 if the one he got was the one he linked to on 3fvape.

Thanks for the heads up on FT, I've ordered from them & know about their ship dates/times.

Im not sure but the picture of the chip seems to be v2. Only difference is it will only fire down to 0.2ohms vs v3's 0.1ohms but not a big difference.

That price, no reason not to try it :)

[edit] also it's not a mechanical mod but an unregulated mod since the power going into your coils are dependent upon your build.

You're using a Dicodes in Power Mode?

Turn in your Vape Card.

-just yankin' your chain... I only know the name Dicodes as a Gold Standard of TC. No idea what that model does. ;)

I love the TC it delivers, best I ever experienced but I still prefer power mode ;)

Hmmm...

My decades of mail order experience has been very, very good overall, but... my S Mini (and B Nano) from Eciggity hasn't updated since arrival at Honolulu Monday evening.

It may show up in the late morning mail in a few hours... or I may not get them this week. :(
I've noticed with USPS it's not consistent. Sometimes they don't scan at every point, then all of a sudden it does, then shows up. Weird I know, I've received items from CA in 3-4 days then same vendor took almost 2 weeks. Don't worry I'm sure it'll show up as nerve racking as it is, waiting for vape Mail.

I just don't like having it miss Fri/Sat and add an extra two days to the delivery time.
That's why I order either late Sunday, or Thursday-ish so it travels over the weekend and gets delivered Monday morning.

I figure if I can't get it delivered on Sunday anyway... might as well plan that as a travel day.
It's a game I play. I usually win... usually. :p

I'm in a Wet Coast dead zone. I watch tracking as my orders pass me by heading to the sorting center far North of me. Then the next day, they head back South to the nearest city, and then split off for rural delivery. Such fun.

Had one take 60 hours from L.A. (just that leg), I could have cycled the distance faster.
