I have been getting orders from FT in 2 weeks lately.

I ordered something else at the same time that was in stock supposedly. But after I paid for the order it suddenly said "expected in stock in 6 days" or something like that for the other item.

I assumed they'd split the order and send me the Serpent that was in stock right away instead of holding my order until the other item came in since shipping is free anyways, but they didn't.

They say they shipped everything on the 14th now but according to the tracking the shipping company received a shipping notification on the 16th but no package as of yet.

I have about as much faith in Chinese tracking as I do in Chinese quality control though, so I'll just assume it's on it's way. If I don't receive anything within 20 days after the 14th I'll start making some noise I guess.

@silentseeker, I've bought one to put on a Nugget as well, you beat me to it! ;)

I could've done without seeing that disgusting package of cigarettes though...

Just built out my first Serpent mini coil. 8 wraps of 28awg Kanthal 2.5 mm ID. Came in at 1.2 ohm (was shooting for 1.5, but whatever). Wicked it with a sorta Scottish roll of cotton. It seems to have come out the right length as it's vaping just fine at only 12W right now. Very good flavor from my Halo Tribeca (it's the one juice I know the best, so easier to judge the taste and vape), actually more than my Kabuki with a Nauti BVC coil, and more than enough cloud for me, maybe a little more than I'm used to (I'm a MTL type, and actually try to avoid clouds, less attention from others).

I do notice it's not quite completely flush on my Coolifire 4 connector, barely see a line of light under it. It is making good contact with a resistance reading of 1.27, compared to my 521 tab that read 1.22. If I close the air slots way down I can get a pretty tight draw. The only issue for me is how hard it is to get the legs trapped. It looked easy with those vertical slots, but with 28awg, it was a struggle. I can't even think what 30 must be like. I might have to go with 26awg and add a few more wraps to keep it above 1 ohm and see if that's easier to work with. Otherwise it's a really nice vape.

Sorry for that ciggy pack. Just wanna show how small it is and it's just next to me. Should've used the lighter.

Haha, just noticed the edit. No Serpent to put on it yet, but that's what I did when I first got mine :)

I think it won't be long before we'll be getting those packages with the photo's too over here, weirdest idea ever imo but it seems to be catching on.

Sorry if I missed it, but does anyone know what size Allen key this thing takes? The one included is just not cutting it for ease of build. There's gotta be a better way to set those screws and hold the wire in place without 3 or more hands to do it. Other than that I'm happily vaping away. Just dreading the day I'll need to replace the coil.

Does it have those tiny hex heads for microscopic screws? I've also seen what looks like a T device with hex heads of different sizes on either side of the plastic handle, which looks like it would be better than the included allen key so you can get some leverage to turn the screw from farther away from the deck. That would leave me room for a least a finger to try and line it up.

Yeah.. I got those T shaped tools with my Wotofo Sapor RDA. That's the one I now have in my coil build kit. It has two different size hex keys and a philips head screwdriver. It fits almost all of my RDAs/RTAs. Its a handy little tool and I don't understand why they didn't include it with the Serpent Mini.

I actually just contacted Wotofo about where to find one of those, as they show it in their instructions for this tank in figures 2 and 4. I kept looking for it in the box/packaging figuring "they wouldn't show it in the instructions if it wasn't there", but no, just the little Allen key.

Very pleased with the performance of this serpent mini. The draw is smooth and flavor is spot on.. however, it start whistling when i close the afc halfway. Full open is good though. Cloud is good but not excessive which i like.. Looks like it will be my 'go-to' setup when i want some cloud with good flavour. I had my kayfun mini v3 for flavour chasing. Finally, my 2 year old subtank mini can rest and retired now.. Good job wotofo!

I haven't noticed a whistle, but I do have the airflow turned to less than a quarter open. I've really been enjoying mine as well. Have gone through several flavors and it's been right on with every one (including one I always hated, and hate even more after this taste test.....finally just chucked it rather than keep taking up space in the drawer).
