Would you do a "chargeback" with your credit card company?

Have you considered that maybe that particular batch might have been mixed more recently than the juice you're used to getting? It might just need time to steep, especially if it's from a small vendor. I mean that always sucks, but it does happen. Not that that would excuse the way you were treated, total bum deal.

It's rough when you expect juice to taste the same every time and it doesn't. I remember one vaper posting a picture of several bottles of juice received at the same time in the same box. I don't think any two were the same shade in his picture. Unless lighting was playing tricks, he had light amber all the way to medium amber and various shades in between. I don't see how juice drawn from a single container could do that and I don't think they mix one bottle at a time.

I have fallen for juices that knocked my socks off and reordered several times, never getting that wonderful flavor again. I finally didn't order any more. I voted with my feet.

Not to say that it's your issue this time, but we all have taste bud ailments from time to time. If you still have a little of the old bottle left, it would be interesting to compare the two to see if it's juice causing the lack of flavor. I can't count the number of times that people posted that their juice (same bottle) tasted fine yesterday, but today they can't taste anything. Taste is subjective and is also dependent on smell. About 80% of what we taste is governed by our ability to smell the aroma as well as taste the juice or food. Taste buds can detect salty, sweet, bitter, and sour. The rest is a magical combination of those in addition to our brain interpreting the rest by adding the smell input.

I've let it steep, it's been like a month! I thought fresh to order meant it was made fresh when you ordered it, not from a batch?

Well some vendors do mix in big batches. But lots of small time operations mix to order. In that case the batch in question, would just be what you ordered.

You don't need to be worried about posting a negative review in the appropriate forum. That's the purpose of that forum, and the mods won't be fussed. Make it factual and not inflammatory and there won't be any negative consequences. As Space pointed out, only the vendor in question can reply on your thread.

If you were comfortable enough to query here as to your issue, that means, in my view, that you respect the membership's general guidance. I think it only fair then that you post a negative review in the appropriate forum. That's a just price to pay for the advice you've garnered. And doesn't the membership deserve a 'heads up' on this vendors attitude and product?

This last time around I ordered and the consistancy was just not there, the juice tasted nothing like it normaly tasted like (it was totally missing other flavors that were always present before) and when I brought it up to them they coped an attitude about it and basically told me to F off via E-Mail.

Thanks

Surprising .. most vendors will do what it takes to keep you coming back .. if it were me, I'd politely call them and ask for the owner / explain your scenario and see what happens .. if no satisfaction, I'd move on .. I know the liquid hunt is a pain, and when you finally find the "it" liquid, you want to keep getting it .. by the same token, I'd guess you could find something close .. especially with ECF as a resource .. in fact, if you posted the juice name / mix / vendor, you might get lucky ..
