Would you quit, or revert?

I'm curious to see if, all your vaping equipment was to disappear (let's call it magic), you would quit altogether, or would revert back to smoking tobacco.

I think, if this would happen to me, I could not revert, as tobacco now does not appeal to me. I don't know if the nicotine attraction would overpower my distaste.

I would like to say I wouldn't go back but the act of smoking while I drink would likely be too much to ignore. I however wouldn't like doing it.

I voted that I'd quit, just cause I'm very happy to not take in all the junk I was breathing in. However, there needs to be a third category, black market, cause that's what I would've chosen. I'm not willing to accept either of the other choices. I will find a way as I'm sure many others will as well.

I voted quit, but in reality, its hard to say. Its only past 2 days without a analog for me, and I am still craving them at points, but have not thought TO MUCH about smoking one. I am not even happy with the liquid I got, and I still resist the urge, lol. If my **** disappeared I would be ordering new from RMV anyways, lol.

I voted for quit, but at this point I'd have to qualify that. I'd say at this point I could quit, but only if there were still nicotine replacements available (gum, patch, etc). I know I'm still addicted to the nicotine, so to quit without some form of nicotine just would not happen.

I like smoking too much. Right now I like vaping better. If it's banned, I'll vape my stash and find a way to get or make juice. If for some reason that's impossible, then return to smoking.

There is a very easy way for everyone to answer the OP's question.....try to go without vaping for a few days!!.......I hate the bad effects on my health of tobacco smoking even more now that I have been vaping but I know for sure that if I couldn't vape I would end up going back to smoking. I am a hopeless addict. That's why none of these people who supposedly care about our health should be trying to prevent us from vaping.

I posted this question not to debate the 'legalization' of e-cigs, but just to see how many people find the taste of tobacco now to be sufficiently repugnant to prevent reversion. I, and a number of others, some on this forum, now find analogs to taste very bad, enough so that I think (not entirely sure), I could not go back. I see now that Quo Vadis had posted nearly the same question in the Law forum before I posted this poll, and the results are turning out to be fairly similar, about a 50/50 split. Interesting.

Personally, I think there are so many possible sources of all the various bits required to make your own way to vape, we will never be forced to do without.

I've never had any interest whatsoever in quitting smoking. I've always said if there was a healthier alternative that gave me all the same experience and benefits I would try it. E-cigs are exactly that, but without them I'd go right back to my pack a day habit for sure.

I would continue to vape on my stock pile. Then I would order from China, black market.
