Would you say that vaping is now growing exponentially in popularity?

Just have to be reasonably priced.

I actually disagree if you're talking about a B&M.

Experienced vapers order online. Storefronts make their money from less-experinced vapers and people who need a part/juice quickly. These people are less-concerned about price/shopping around. Trying to offer the lowest prices in town is probably a less profitable decision.

I know if I could gear for the same price down the street than searching the internet, I would do it in a heartbeat.

It's all about the numbers.

Yes, but if the FDA regulations ever come into play there will be a lot of people shopping at B&M's

I think that the point I'm trying to make is that realistically you will never be able to sell at those prices and make a profit.

"It's all about the numbers" - exactly.

Storefronts can't even come close to the amount of customers that sites like fasttech has. B&M's will never be able to match the volume of sales and therefore prices.

This is true of almost every industry, not just vaping.

I think that those of us who frequent ECF have a step up when it comes to this industry, and the layman wont know the difference unless they do the research themselves. Do you think shop owners refer their clients to shop online? There are those of us who make this a hobby, but there will be a lot of people who aren't going to delve as deep as we have.

No you wouldn't. Fastttech has some good stuff and some stinkers. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience and actually being able to see what I am purchasing.

The gouging pricing of a new market is horrible atm. Although I have seen prices dropping at some places or more sales.

Are there mom and pop stores that stay alive? It all depends on your market. That's why you have a business plan before you go into business. You just don't get some retail space and stock your shelves and pray people walk in the door.

Like I said before.. Many won't mind paying a little more for convenience. I certainly would not.

That is true with anything in life.

Never said it was impossible to have a profitable mom and pop store. Just said trying to compete with online prices would be a mistake.

Vaping has exploded in popularity at the car dealership I work at. Everyone used to smoke but now we are all vaping. Manager was upset bc we would have 10-15 salesmen sitting at their desk vaping so they banned it in doors. He took one guys PV and smashed it on the ground in and explosive rage but paid for a new one and apologized.

Were not aloud to vape inside now but we just do it behind his back all day.

Generally people who research something have a "leg up" on those that don't. Seriously? What's your beef?

You'll see that I liked post 29. I do not agree with the later statement"This is true of anything in life" - because it's a sweeping generalisation and not true. What's your beef?
