Ok, you guys have to hear my story. I have never had such good service before in my life! So last week I received my eGo kit and I loved it. But I noticed that one of my battery buttons didn't really press down or click when I pushed it. So come Tuesday of this week, I wrote Casey of Puresmoker.com an email explaining to her my battery problem and she told me to ship it back to her and she will take care of it. I was kinda bummed too since she said she only had blue color in stock but I had the black set. So I sent her another email after I shipped out the battery on Tuesday and today (Thursday) when I came home, I found a package from Pure Enterprises. I was like no way this is the battery....and then I opened the package and what do you know! IT WAS THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND IT WAS BLACK! I mean seriously, 2 days and I am 90% sure they did not even receive my broken one yet! It's only been 2 days! I was expecting it to arrive next week. The people at puresmoker.com went beyond anything I could have imagined in customer service! You guys deserve a big round of applause! Thank you so much for sending this out so quick and I was in dire need of that spare battery! Once again, you guys are the bomb and I thank you VERY MUCH!!! A+++++++++++++++
