Voted, but not sure I can handle wading through the comments right now.
I truly feel that many are that ignorant.
How many vapors knew that there was nicotine in their food until we started talking about it?
Whaaat?? There is nicotine in my food? I knew my food had PG in it? My Vitamin B complex has something related to nicotine, but not actual nicotine. There I learn something as well!I have nothing to vote for there. I don't think there should be a law is about all I could say. The rest is up to the restaurant and it's patrons. I don't vape in restaurants nor have the desire to but I think in some it's probably something that is going to depend on the type of restaurant, the atmosphere they are going for and the patrons. I can think of situations where someone vaping near me would be annoying and situations where it wouldn't bother me.
Restaurants never had to let you smoke in them and they shouldn't have to let you vape. If a restaurant allows people to do something that disturbs me, I would vote with my wallet and/or voice my concern to a manager regarding their policies.
In short, I think the government should stay out of it (and most everything else actually) letting these private businesses make decisions about what they want to allow. I disappointingly don't have an internet friendly black and white only rage about this.
Maybe they are. Holding at 59.05 (but you're still toast)
I'm fine with it at the table 59.11%
Nice...we're up to 59.16%.![]()

Get your facts straight! e-Cigarettes are a huge public health danger. The vapor is filled with unabsorbed nicotine and nicotine is a highly addictive drug. Anyone in the vicinity of that vapor will inhale it and become addicted to nicotine. These vapors create a higher nicotine addictive response than regular cigarette smoke. It is the equivalent of standing next to someone that is smoking ..... The vapors alone are enough to turn you into an addict as well."
Troll? Or are people really this ignorant?
-Lord

Unfortanely, I guess I'll take the second option... some people can be that ignorant. And worse still, while they're in that 'intellectual bubble', they will not stand corrected.
ETA:
On a second thought, I realised I am easily offended by the blatant display of stupidity. Not to mention that stupidity can kill you waaaay faster than vaping, or even smoking.
Sooo... can we fight for a ban on stupidity? Can we? Can we? Pleaaaaaaaaase...

I guess she missed the day they discussed water vapor/mist and the reflection of light in elementary school Science.
It's the same sort of "I can imagine that ____ is causing _____, so it must be so!" mentality that allows statements such as "inhaling the air in the same space as someone vaping will addict you to their nicotine, faster [drug ref]I guess she missed the day they discussed water vapor/mist and the reflection of light in elementary school Science.
I can't believe these people actually have the knowledge to survive....it truly amazes me![]()
