So last week I quit smoking and changed over to some nicotine gum, do-able to quit smoking but not very fun. Two days ago I went out and bought my first e-cig at some local smoke shop, as I read the label on it now its a nicotek electronic cigarette. Its ok yes, but I am looking for something different.
After doing some searches on the internet I ended up on "ecigaddict" site and read through a bunch of his posts, which are just awesome by the way and eventually ended up here. I am reading through all of this wealth of information, and man its a ton of information, but I am thoroughly confused and overwhelmed.
All I am really looking for, I think, is one of these manual E-cigs that have a tank that I can fill up and puff away. Are starter kits the best for this? I would assume so, but which one is the best? I assume the "best" is based on personal preference but when it gets right down to it. I want something with a big tank, best vapor production with a big throat hit since I am so use to smoking analog cigs.
One thing I do not want is to have to spend $200-$300 or even more on junk when I can go right to the best from the get-go. Is it better to put something together then to buy a starter kit? I would have to think if you can get the basis down of a good batttery/charger and tank the rest i.e. the flavors for the tank, would be the only thing you have to worry about.
If i had to put something together for $150 to whatever instead of going with the starter kit thats fine, but at least I know im getting a good quality E-CIG.
I am sure something like this is posted 100 times a day but I just couldnt find an answer for it.
Thanks and im sorry if i am just going on and on and on.

You should be quite happy with that setup. I'd get some extra cartomizers and a drip tip just so you can try them out to see exactly what works best for you. Also, DON'T forget the juice!!

). Best advice without using a lot of jargon--trust a vet to point you to a good basic starter kit and a few eliquids. As you get your vaping experience under way, bookmark these forums, and check back frequently, getting yourself immersed in the world of vaping.
