I went off on one of my FaceBook buddies. I think he was just "sharing" because someone important to him shared....
My response:
"Diacetyl is a molecular compound found in many food flavorings, often butter or custard flavorings. Vapers often use liquids which may or may NOT contain flavorings with diacetyl. Popcorn manufacturers use butter flavor which contains this component. In concentrations, this has been known to contribute to a condition known as Popcorn Lung.
I have yet to come across a study indicating a vaper who has contracted popcorn lung from inhaling e-liquids containing diacetyl
However, I have come across hundreds upon thousands of individuals, myself included, who are no longer ingesting the thousands of carcinogens and other toxins in cigarettes.
Should I ever have started smoking - no, but I did. There are multiple factors as to why people do what they do.
I just knew I wasn't going to go down an hallucinogenic/suicidal path by taking FDA-approved options.
I haven't supported Big Tobacco in almost two years. My lungs and sinuses are clearer now than they have been in decades. I can even hold a note for longer than two or three measures now"
My FB friend is also the choir director at my church, hence the "snark" on being able to hold a note for any length of time....

Thanks! Yep they truly are! Its been a rough year in a lot of ways. I know people have it worse off than we do and I feel for them! I'm hoping now that his unemployment has came through we can get back on track and find him another job. I just appreciate the people here for not only things they've done for me, the help that's given, but the support that's shown overall is just so awesome. Some day I hope to put a smile on someone else's face in the way y'all have mine.

here's a thought.as for rayon and japanese cotton,think it's called koh gen do, I can't tell the difference in flavor or after taste with juices.Organic cotton balls,there is an after taste at first for the first few or more vapes then the juice flavor seems to take over.basically,I think rayon and japanese cotton are equal,both in flavor and wicking.YMMV tho.,
