I went off on one of my FaceBook buddies. I think he was just "sharing" because someone important to him shared....

My response:

"Diacetyl is a molecular compound found in many food flavorings, often butter or custard flavorings. Vapers often use liquids which may or may NOT contain flavorings with diacetyl. Popcorn manufacturers use butter flavor which contains this component. In concentrations, this has been known to contribute to a condition known as Popcorn Lung.

I have yet to come across a study indicating a vaper who has contracted popcorn lung from inhaling e-liquids containing diacetyl

However, I have come across hundreds upon thousands of individuals, myself included, who are no longer ingesting the thousands of carcinogens and other toxins in cigarettes.

Should I ever have started smoking - no, but I did. There are multiple factors as to why people do what they do.

I just knew I wasn't going to go down an hallucinogenic/suicidal path by taking FDA-approved options.

I haven't supported Big tobacco in almost two years. My lungs and sinuses are clearer now than they have been in decades. I can even hold a note for longer than two or three measures now"

My FB friend is also the choir director at my church, hence the "snark" on being able to hold a note for any length of time....

Just tell them,ENDS (electronic nicotine delivery systems) at their worst were found to have have 21 times less diacetyl than Tobacco Cigarettes and are a VALID harm reduction tool....

And that is the big problem with the study recently published by harvard they don't compare it to cigarettes...

here's a thought.as for rayon and japanese cotton,think it's called koh gen do, I can't tell the difference in flavor or after taste with juices.Organic cotton balls,there is an after taste at first for the first few or more vapes then the juice flavor seems to take over.basically,I think rayon and japanese cotton are equal,both in flavor and wicking.YMMV tho.,

Have you tried Muji cotton?

I don't know about the mini personally. I have a half dozen of the full size and all I can say is it's thirsty. I use about 20 ML of juice per day with it running around 100 watts. The mini uses the same coils, so you will use the same amount of juice, just have to refill it more often since it holds 3.5ml and the full size is 5ml.

I seem to like the Mini tanks best, I rotate different flavors a LOT...
so, even with my mini's, I end up pouring out some juice here and there.

also, I like the Mini on Gearbest, because it is a SET, that comes with all the little
extras, they don't have that with the full size .

They sent their entire juice line. The "classic" and "selects" 16 bottles total. So far I haven't tried one I don't like. The ones I've tried are all balanced nicely and not over powering. So far I've tried: Cut Strawberry(tastes like real strawberry), Toucan Slam(fruit loops), White Mango(white mango, fresh coconut, and pineapple..ZOMG so good!!) Think next I'm going to try Catalina which is a organic watermelon with pineapple and kiwi accents.
