A provari and a cheap VV device like the one I use (see my picture), is like the difference between my cheap android on Cricket's crappy network, and a snazzy iphone on 4g. Sure, my android works good for what I use it for. But it doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

Have a cookie.

So i dripped all weekend, and fell in love with one of the new juices i had ordered. Its a fairly heavy menthol with a vanilla undertone, works so well its amazing. Called Menila Joe from Mister-e-liquid.

I order juice pretty much exclusively from Mister-E-Liquid and so far all the ones I have tried are excellent. You shoud try some Coconut Ice, Pina Colada, and Banana Dream. Jade Ice is fabulous too and its a sweet menthol. Mr. E's Menthol is very good also. Another must try is Pirates Bounty-its not menthol but a tobacco flavor and its delicious.

When I first started vaping I tried many different vendors juice and they don't compare to Mister E Liquid.

VV vaping is great! I mainly vape coffee, mocha, espresso or anything related to coffee :D i did find some of my coffee juice do get very sweet at a higher voltage which is a bit strange. Some taste good at around 4.2-4.4v but my all day vape coffee juice I found taste good at 3.4-3.6v. Throat hit is still there and I still enjoy it. Question though, why do some juices become really sweet at a higher voltage? do they add sugar on juices? like my one juice, roasted cocoa and macademia nut tastes extremely sweet at 4v and really couldn't stand the sweetness its too overpowering. I had to drop down to almost 3v to actually taste that juice.

Im no fan boy either way, but i dont see the reason for a provari. The VV is nice, and i will never go back, its to big of a difference in flavor and hit, between this and the old ego style at 3.7. But unless im missing something, the provari is just a vv device, so its not going to have any real performance differences. They may fluctuate a little more one way or the other, but in the long run, its a vv, its doing its job, and I personally was surprised with how well this looks and functions as a device. So for ~$70 i got a vv tube, 2 atties, two batteries, charger, case, drip tip. Seems like a no brainer.

Fail in every aspect. But don't worry, time/experience = wisdom.

That is so far from "a fail in every aspect" it is not funny. Message Keysbum, who I just talked to, and have him tell you like he just told me that he sold his ProVari and happens to be vaping on one of his 3 BuzzPro's, that are just part of his collection of about 12 PV's.

The "fail" here just might be on you.

Oh - and I happen to really like the ProVari, and will be buying one as soon as I can get one with the blue LED. Very, very nice APV. Maybe just not quite as pedestal-worthy as you seem to think it is.

John D....an excellent post!!:toast:

When folks finally except that we as Vapers ARE entitled to have our own opinions on what gear works for US without bashing others for THEIR decisions on how they want to spend their own hard earned $$$.....then we can all get back to the true business of vaping and leaving the cancer sticks behind.

I happen to own several ProVaris, and LavaTubes, and SB, Bolts, eGo's, and many other items for vaping, along with several Kicks....and ALL my gear performs as I expect them to.
I dont care if MY gear meets others approval or desires....they didnt pay for it.:2cool:

To the OP, my experience was much the same as yours. Being new to vaping (I just passed the 90 day mark), I was a little suprised at the noticeable differences in the flavors of the juice going from a KGO (first PV I started with) to using the VTube I got a few weeks ago. Night and day difference. I had no idea what to expect, but have been extremely pleased with the results being able to adjust the voltage for each different juice.
The KGO I started with did the trick getting me off the analogs from day one and I thought they were good until I got my VTube. Now the KGO's get no more attention from me... LOL! Anyway, that's it... just wanted to say "I agree..." being somewhat of a skeptic myself (not so much "skeptic" just inexperienced would be a better way to put it) I now see the advantages of VV and am pleased that my vaping satisfaction has been taken to another level.
