Interesting to find this thread in my insomnia driven visit. I've used vivis and the gamut of clearos mostly since I started vaping, having found cartos to be inadequate as a delivery system for me from the first. I'm a heavy vaper, which is no surprise as I was a 3 PAD smoker.
I bought a phiniac tank recently really expecting it to be a mostly decorative item that would be way to difficult for me to use (and of course it would be a carto thing and as we all know cartos are horrible right) I bought a slap yo mama cause Phil Busardo talked me into it, and some ikenvape mega platinum punched cartos cause some experienced people on here seem to think highly of them. There was a learning curve mostly about getting the carto primed and into the very snug tank..but it was a pretty small curve since my mostly gone brain cells managed it in an evening. I love dripping for flavor, but in my daily life, ha ha ha. I can't do my dishes, clean my house, type, walk my dog, drive a car, get dressed, shop or anything else much except drip when I am dripping, so the silliness of pitting tanks against dripping gives me some nice early early morning lulz. I managed to take a nice dive into the sidewalk yesterday walking my beagle, no dripping involved. Happily the zmax was only a little scuffed. If I sat in a chair and watched TV or listened to music 24/7 I would be a dripper maybe. Irl I need something requiring a lot less attention and time, and with the tank it turns out, I have it. I'm so happy with it, the only downside is that I just have one and I've got flavor ADD so everything but The Big One is in a vivi. I plan to change that now that I realize how well a good tank setup works. (Ibtanked, here I come) I lost 50 IQ points with each child so I've got like 7 left now and I can handle the "hassles" of a tank. I haven't managed to get muted flavor, make it leak, get juice on my clothing (?) or have a dry hit in a week. While it does indeed contain a carto that carto bears little resemblance to the ones that scarred me in my newbie vaping. I have something that I can vape while walking and talking and being busyish like a person with a life might be that tastes amazing, gives me awesome vapor and can go quite some time without needing to be refilled. Wow! Tanks are awesome!
