This is almost funny anymore. It's as thought the FDA is on the lookout exclusively for Wowboy containers. "hold it right there, is that Wowboy in those packages?" "The rest of these can go through, the Wowboy however, must be confiscated"
Jackson...I'd be willing to bet that it was a large shipment of liquids. Any and all shipments for any company in any industry that contain over a certain amount of liquid coming in from China are held up. I am not sure what the restriction limit is, but it affects everyone across the board. And...I am not sure if that restriction applies to many smaller shipments within a specified period of time, but imo it's all getting a bit outta control.....gotta love the power mongers

Doesn't all this have more to do with Customs in general and all products being sent here? Ifd its a matter of whats in the shipping crates then of course they dont know until they inspect it ? Isnt the fda and customs two different issues ? If there are limits as to juice imported at one time then i am sure all the companies involved ( not just v4l) already know this ? am i wrong ?
The fda woudl have more to do with the legality of the juices in the first place ? The forums have already published that the fda cannot stop the shipments themselves correct ? What am i missing here ....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but V4L probably has the largest amount of imported e-juice sales in the US. This limit of juice may not affect smaller companies because they don't have to order as much.
I'm guessing here but, customs caused delays in the past and that was bad enough. Now the Fault Detecting Asses are in the mix mucking it up even more.
by the time its released it will be expired I bet (i hope not). So why cant they order more and hope it gets through. Not for me to figure out...

naw...expiration date is 2 yrs on v4life bottles ....
and imo, juice is still good after the 'expiration date' listed on the bottles. I'm vaping 'expired' juice right now.
Yes, absolutely! No problem to vape in smoking areas, however I've yet to vape in areas that are "non-smoking" areas. The "smoking allowed" areas are still the majority of space in our casinos. There are a few more details involved, but for the most part, you can't smoke in the restaurants, or areas where minors could be loitering (legally) i.e. Lobby. BUT, you can sample vaping devices at a number of vending kiosks in one of the most "minor" populated areas in the city- the mall. So, I'd say your good anywhere....
