Wowboy from v4l is chinese made PG/VG e-liquid. I think from the Dekang factory which actually appears to be very professional.

V4L sells a couple different lines of juice. I am not sure if all of them are Chinese Dekang.
But I personally don't trust Dekang. Yes, the fascility looks nice and all, but it doesn't matter if no one is quality checking, and they're not using quality ingredients.
I've heard way too many horror stories about people having weird tastes and side effects from Dekang to vape it. There was someone a while ago who even had it lab tested, and found out that not only was the nic strength wildly mis-marked, by the PG wasn't consumable-grade. I searched for ages trying to find it again a couple weeks ago, but it appears to be buried.
Juice shouldn't be making your ears ring. Act accordingly.
