Wrong e-liq

Hi, 10 days ago I ordered some e-liquids from janty france.
Vanilla, Rum, Mint tea, Polar Mint and RY4.

The two vanilla bottles I received was actually something else with the vanilla sticker on it.

I opened a ticket but until today nobody replied to me.
This is not what I paid for.

I read other people have had the same (no reply), is there a problem with the ticket system on your website?

The ticket system on france.jantyworld.com should be working, I am sure Yves will get back to you today to solve your issue. In fact he already told me that based on your pics, the color of the liquid seems almost certain to be correct, in which case the taste should really be Vanilla and not another type of taste. He was going to send you 2 new Vanilla bottles to compare. Let me know when you get his reply.

Ludo, the first juice I received from Janty was a vanilla sample bottle that came with the EGO I ordered 2-3 weeks before I received this batch. The color was yellowish and it had a strong flavor of vanilla, my girlfriend could even smell it in the house.

The bottles in the picture that I received, although the flavor is not bad, taste like grape and don't have the slightest hint of vanilla. I'm quite positive about what I say
