One year Santa got stuck in our chimney. We had to dismantle it in order to get him out. We then submitted a claim to his insurance company for the cost of repairs which they denied. They said that Santa himself had not caused the damage. It was our choice to get him out so we were ultimately responsible for the damage. Typical insurance company.
