Why not use both? Show the credit cards you accept but also give the option

Hello, I had ordered the EVO starter kit as shown on your home page, but
instead I received two "E-CIGARETTES", which is printed on the e-cig, and
not the Intellicig as shown on your home page. The EVOs have the Intellicig
logo (with the wisp of light green smoke) on the product. I know the EVO is
processed in the UK, but thought, since it was on your home page, that I
would receive the actual EVO starter kit, which it states I ordered even in
my account information on your site. I wondered why I didn't get what I

I'm sorry, but the one advertised on your website is the Intellicig
EVOlution, which is designed and tested in the United Kingdom. Even the logo
on your website looks like the actual Intellicig website except that you
have added an "S" to Intellicig. I can't find the one you sent me anywhere
on your website. It just says E-Cigarette on it.
Therefore, because the error is yours, I think it's only fair that you send
what I ordered (and paid for) and when I receive it, I will send back the
case and the E-Cigarettes that you sent to me in error. To be honest, I
don't want to be without an e-cig while I wait for the one I actually
ordered. When I get the actual EVOlution that I ordered, I will be satisfied
that you are actually selling it, and won't be tempted to report this
situation to the state's attorney general.
I also ordered one for a friend, and I hope that she receives the actual EVOlution, so I hope you don't send her what I got. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you,

Okay, I'll send it back to you and simply trust that I will receive the EVO
as you have stated. You can imagine, though, what I was thinking when I
received this e-cig kit case rather than the one I ordered. It appeared to
me that you might be selling another cigarette and hoping that buyers would
think that it was the EVO.
These e-cigs arrived already in the case with two carts that were not in their
sealed packages, so it looked a little suspicious, too. I don't know what
the e-cigs are that you sent in error, but I really can't find anything
wrong with them except they're not what I ordered.
I will send back the case with the e-cigs I received and hope to receive the
EVOs as soon as possible. Yes, when the EVOs are received, I'll have no
reason to contact the state's attorney general.
