Actually this generic isn't bad at all. I had ordered some M401 attys for it and the intellicig cart seemed a bit loose. Somebody had told me about that on an old post, that intellicig attys are a bit wider that an M401s. The atty that came with it was a bit wider than the 401's also and intellicig cart just snapped into place. Who knows...

Never got the SD...had to go the cheaper route. Maybe in the future...

I opted for a usb passthru and a kensington usb power supply instead. The usb passthru, I believe works on your Evo also. Haven't gotten it yet so I can't tell you anything about it..

Guess what, Vaporize Me? Madison sent me a real Evo! At least it seems so - it doesn't say Evo anywhere - just Intellicig - but I can't find any pic's of any that do actually say Evo.

I was amazed - they signed for the generic I sent back on Friday, and my new cig arrived today (Monday). They still have to credit me two shipping charges (and they forgot to send my wall charge adaptor - which Madison said she'll mail tomorrow) - so we'll see, Maybe the ARE trying to turn this thing around!

Anyway, I'll let you know how the rest goes...

A genuine EVO has Intellicig logo on the vaporiser and Electronic Cigarettes, Electric Cigarette, E-Cigarettes, E-Cig, E-Liquid on the body of the battery.

I also ordered from intellicigs prior to reading this forum. It took FOREVER before the product was even shipped. I ordered the starter kit with a wall charger and an extra atomizer. After finally receiving my product i did get a genuine intellicig but it was not what i ordered because the box did not come with a wall charger but instead a USB charger. Now that I know that the website is a fake i have ordered the rest of my accessories from the real intellicig.

The exact same thing happened to me, with Pam and Madison. I ordered the EVO and got some "E-CIGARETTE" which they told me was an upgrade on the EVO...to send it back, with the case, and they would send what I originally ordered...but she said that this "E-CIGARETTE" was the same quality and gee, I got a case with this one. I've debated for four days on whether to send back what I actually received since I don't think I'll get anything back. My friend ordered an EVO and got it, but the package had "Intellicig" at the bottom of the box, blacked out with Magic Marker, and one of the batteries has a dent in it...although it still works. Both batteries do have the Intellicig URL printed on the battery itself at the end near the LED. The EVO they sent has a silver connector and the E-CIGARETTE, which they said is an upgrade (they said a 401?) looks to have brass threads. Should I send back the E-CIGARETTE and hope for the EVO, or quit while I've still got something to hang on to. I also write a column for the local small-town newspaper and put a clarification in this week, since I wrote an earlier column about how great the e-cig is, that the IntellicigS site is not the UK site, and that they UK site is the legitimate EVOlution (Intellicig) site. Why not use both? Show the credit cards you accept but also give the option

I'm sorry, but the one advertised on your website is the Intellicig
EVOlution, which is designed and tested in the United Kingdom. Even the logo
on your website looks like the actual Intellicig website except that you
have added an "S" to Intellicig. I can't find the one you sent me anywhere
on your website. It just says E-Cigarette on it.
Therefore, because the error is yours, I think it's only fair that you send
what I ordered (and paid for) and when I receive it, I will send back the
case and the E-Cigarettes that you sent to me in error. To be honest, I
don't want to be without an e-cig while I wait for the one I actually
ordered. When I get the actual EVOlution that I ordered, I will be satisfied
that you are actually selling it, and won't be tempted to report this
situation to the state's attorney general.

Okay, I'll send it back to you and simply trust that I will receive the EVO
as you have stated. You can imagine, though, what I was thinking when I
received this e-cig kit case rather than the one I ordered. It appeared to
me that you might be selling another cigarette and hoping that buyers would
think that it was the EVO.
These e-cigs arrived already in the case with two carts that were not in their
sealed packages, so it looked a little suspicious, too. I don't know what
the e-cigs are that you sent in error, but I really can't find anything
wrong with them except they're not what I ordered.
I will send back the case with the e-cigs I received and hope to receive the
EVOs as soon as possible. Yes, when the EVOs are received, I'll have no
reason to contact the state's attorney general.

These Intellicig"s" people don't have an answer for anything I've asked. I think I might be better off just keeping what they sent me instead of sending it back and taking the chance of getting nothing...no exchange...nothing at all, which is probably what I'd get. I want the actual REAL EVOlution from Intellicig, so I guess that Intellicig"s" screwed me, too. JERKs!:sneaky:

reedh089 - I noticed the carts I got from "IntelligicS" are not of good quality - I'm actually beginning to think that they are old carts that someone at this site has refilled...the starter kit I got that was supposed to be EVO and wasn't had opened carts attached to the atomizer and battery...the e-cig was already fully assembled. I'll bet someone else had been puffing on it before I got it! I wouldn't doubt it!!

Hi everybody -

StarsFlash, I did get a real Evo after I sent my "e-cig" back to Madison. Funny thing is - after the supposed "new owner" story, they actually included one of "Chuck" Vogl's business cards. It has a New York phone number (212 area code).

Anyway, all the they still owe me is two shipping charges - one because they shipped my original cig and wall charger (which is ordered separately) in the same box but billed me two shipping charges, and one because they agreed to pay the shipping for me to send the generic back. Madison has promised to send me a money order, but that was a week ago and I haven't seen it yet (not that I'm giving up on it yet).

I do like the Evo better, for what it's worth...

I happened to read Missus67's posts and I have no reason not believe what she said just as I have no reason to not believe igetcha either. What I do find a little disturbing is to delete the posts and not allow other members the opportunity to hear a different perspective on the situation. igetcha has been really brutal about what he's been saying about the site, and the fact that someone was saying that there was a business relationship that we were not aware of was interesting.

I have no vested interest in either side. I happen to have enjoyed igetcha's videos and posts for quite some time and appreciate all that he has done for this site and the vaporising community. I just found Missus67's posts interesting and others might as well.

intellicigS' snail mail address placed them in Saylorsburg, PA. Missus67's IP traced to Palmerton, PA... 10 miles away.

I'm convinced.

Igetcha's claims have factual evidence to back them up. Missus67's did not. It is my opinion that Missus67's sole intention was to discredit Igetcha and his valid criticisms. In fact, I am convinced that this was the only purpose for 'her' even registering an account on the forum.

New account, three posts, all in here, all defaming Igetcha. Nuff said.

In addition, this thread was resurrected just for that purpose... so it's now closed.
