XC-116, untreated...how can I use this? (Treat it? )

Without kiln-treating it per 3M specs, there's not much you can do.... I use XC-116 pretty much daily. I would NOT attempt to torch or clean the untreated wick myself for vaping.

Perhaps you could contact rba Supplies or another vendor who has a kiln to work out a deal, and get what you have properly treated.

Looks like I'm dead in the water with it...kind of bummed out.

Talked to a place that fires ceramics but he wanted as much as the wick costs to fire it for me. By the time I do that I could have bought it treated.

I wasn't trying to cut corners, I just didn't know it was dangerous to use untreated....I should have done more research before just pulling the trigger.

Impulse buying, it's my weakness :( my wife always wants to kill me, if she reads this thread she'll tell me to use it and really KILL me :p
