SJ, I, for one, appreciate all you do to fight for our rights. And I think the forum is coming along nicely. Yes, perhaps still a few bugs and tweaks, but you can't please everyone. I think everyone is doing a fine job.

The Mood Bar alone indicates Supporting Member.
Only to other supporting members. Non-supporting members can't' see it...
Supporting members see ALL the moods, including the non-supporting member's "no moods", so in solidarity, I have a no mood mood. Somehow, I really don't think anyone truly cares what mood I'm in.
I'm sure that there is a substantial percentage of members who like/use/adore the mood banner. I would be quite happy without them. I think they distract and add no real value to the information in the post bit (is that what it's called?).
And if you are still open to suggestions, I would kindly suggest again that we move the member name ABOVE the avatar. I think we are all spending way too much time reading this left hand column bit for info that was once garnered nearly instantly.

Where is this "tiny blue" you mentioned? I see huge pumpkins, but no teensy blues.
That attitude makes me wonder why so many people continue to explicitly consent to be governed.
Add me to the list of people with that hope. I appreciate being recognized as a supporting member, but do not care for all the vertical space it wastes and the extra scrolling it thus necessitates.We're hoping they will be transformed into ribbons--for a clean and space-saving look. Ahem...

I do -- really! It's obvious when you're in a really good mood, your posts are so entertaining.
Yes, I agree, it took me hours or days to get used to the name below, and still not really accustomed; it's an awkward, counter-intuitive arrangement.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, some of the info that used to be displayed, is no longer -- like that "registered reviewer/blogger" title that allowed me to link my own website in my sig, and also, VERY important, the Team ECF folding@home title... That was a click grabber, which was a great thing!

FWIW, this actually is me (or was me, a few weeks after I started vaping in December of 2013). My daughter took this pic back then, and recently tweaked it into what you see there.
Mainly I play with my avatar when I'm bored, but the past week or so, there've been two threads so hopping I can barely keep up -- tootle puffers of course, and that train wreck about "people like these..."
Both are good entertainment. But yeah, I'm thinking it's time to find another photogenic feline with something amusing to say.
I'm a very recent (3-ish yrs) feline staff member, and I'm utterly enthralled with the little beasts. Andria

Deb, can you see any of the mood banners at all? Do you see your own "no mood" banner? Or are they all gone? I know you can't see mine.
