Try Scottyballs' ZFM carts with a 510, the large hole version has worked great for me at 5-6V in my XHaler.

Thanks for this info. i never knew about these a si just started with teh 510 about a month ago. keep trying diff mods nothing works good for me but this ZFM looks great. Thanks

This, I dropped 25 bux on his site and it was well worth it. I mainly drip now but when I'm feeling lazy I use the ZFM plugs and it's rock and roll @ HV. I've got like 30+ hits out of one cart before @ 5 volts. Impressive!
