supertrkre2812 has been offering 100 mg/mL nicotine in PG for awhile now at http://www.xtremevaping.com. With no frills or flash, the website simply directs to supertrke's offline supplier page at ECF.
Price:
15ml Bottle = $19.00
30ml Bottle = $35.00
60ml Bottle = $63.00
120ml Bottle = $107.00
Shipping is $5.95 with free shipping for orders over $75.00.
Compared to other concentrates I've seen available at similar quality (more on that later), the pricing is competitive.
What you get:
For 30, 60, and 120 mL orders, the liquid is shipped in a glass dropper bottle, well packed and bagged with a 3 mL plastic bottle and a 3 mL graduated plastic pipette. For 15 mL orders, the liquid arrives in a plastic dropper bottle.
Quality:
Before supertrkre2812 started selling his liquids, he approached me asking me to perform a nicotine analysis on his 100 mg/mL liquid. His first concern was that customers get what they pay for. I had the opportunity to not only perform testing on his product, but also to evaluate the purified nicotine he uses to mix his product. His mix-down liquid is USP propylene glycol, and there's little more to say about that. The test result I obtained on his 100 mg/mL product was so close to 100 mg/mL as to be exact, so I can conclude that supertrke2812 knows how to mix. The purified source nicotine was a clear liquid (no cloudiness) with a very faint yellow tint. supertrke has provided a photo of the pure nicotine versus 100 mg/mL in PG, versus distilled water at his sales page. I would describe the yellow tint as "characteristic" and typical of all but the newest and expensively purified nicotine. If you demand anything clearer than this, you're into the realm of Platinum Ice, and you're going to pay dearly for it. The telltale brown tint, indicative of oxidation/age, was not present.
vaping/Taste:
Obviously at 100 mg/mL, this liquid is intended solely as a mixing liquid. As such, the vapor production is more in the hands of the customer than in the hands of the supplier. A mixdown to the "generally accepted" upper vaping limit of 36 mg/mL with glycerin would produce a vaping liquid at around 64% VG. The 100 mg/mL concentration then gives the user the ability to produce high VG vaping liquids at relatively high nicotine levels, this is a definite plus for the VG vapers. At lower concentrations, the 100 mg/mL concentrate "steps out of the way" even more, allowing the user more influence over the make-up of the final liquid.
The taste, that's subjective, but mixed down to around 30 mg in 50/50 PG/VG, I could detect no defects or off-flavors. Very clean.
Verdict:
This stuff isn't for everyone: At 100 mg/mL, it earns the "xtremevaping" name, and extra caution and consideration of one's comfort with using an extreme nicotine/PG concentrate must be weighed. Consideration of secure storage in the presence of children/pets must be taken seriously. If a nicotine/PG mix-down solution at extreme concentration is still for you after taking into consideration the above points, then supertrkre2812's xtremevaping liquid is worthy of consideration.
