Allow me to explain my frustration. After receiving numerous emails from you (3F), one of which said my order was being processed, I began hearing word that people were connecting with Gina via .................., and having their orders "moved up" in the queue.
So what this all tells me is that someone got "moved up", while MINE got pushed back. Now you've run out of product.
And don't tell me that the blue ones haven't been made yet - I've SEEN them. I know people who have received them from YOU. So please, stop that now.
That combination of events makes me just want my money back. I have absolutely NO interest in black ones, and I don't want to wait ANOTHER few weeks (given the fact that it's already been three weeks).
So let's make it nice and simple. Refund me the full amount, and let's be done with it.
I'll reorder from fasttech once I receive your refund. And I would like this done quickly. UNLESS, of course, you happen to "find" two blue ones, in which case, send me tracking details for my shipment.
But no more delays, please.

I just realised the radius is not TP! Really??? I know not everyone wants to do TP but why not include it?? Its great actually as I was seriously considering one but not now!!
They explained their reasoning behind it, somewhere in the myriad of videos and posts. Since I don't use it, I'm fine with the decision. But I understand that others are not.

Ok that is very interesting. I guess they have a high standard to protect and, to be honest, a substantial base of Provari users that are presumably more than happy with non-TP vaping. Im sure when they do it, they will do it well!!
