Yet another Boge thread

Just received my order in the mail today with the new (old) style Boges. You know, the ones with the 1 long, 1 short condom that they originally had and now they've gone back to?

They have obviously not addressed any of the issues people have been harassing them about (pbusardo included). This means that some people will be lucky and have few issues and some will have many.

I was hopeful when opening the packaging and saw that they had gone back to the old style condoms, but after filling my first one up the way I have in the past, letting it sit for about 10 minutes and then vaping, I got a tight draw with a very silent hiss (rather than than a crackle) and then burnt.

I will slog through the remainder of my 25 cartos, wasting juice and getting frustrated and then I'm done. No more Boge. Will revisit the Kangers and Smoktechs for ....s and giggles, but because of Boge not admitting that there is something wrong with their cartos, I will not purchase their products again. There's way better stuff out there now (albeit in limited stock) with the rebuildable tanks being made in Greece, and there's probably a multitude of great products on the horizon.

Just wondering what others think is ok in terms of defective cartos. For example: if one orders 25 cartos is having 2 bad ones getting through to the public acceptable?

For me personally...I would think 5 defective cartos out of 100 would be acceptable.

If it was a 5% fail rate, I would be ok with that.

I have 40 originals left and when they are gone I will start playing with my new phoenix RB atty. I'm starting to look into saving up to get a genesis or odysseus....problem solved forever.

I'm in the same boat, I have about 15 left. Been searching and planning on getting a genesis tank, problem is most of them are huge and I'm not a dripper for a RB atty.

Grimm Green went with Ikenvape cartos per his vids. I may move to those until I get a genesis tank.

COV still has the GG Penelope. It's fairly small and looks pretty easy to rebuild. Check out Scott's review of it.

Thanks for the suggestion. It's similar to the Ody, but would rather get one that can use SS mesh. Kinda worried on the whole "silica shards" possibility.
