Speaking from experience here, I had a problem with my mini when I got it. It was from the first batch of minis that Rob made and it was new to everyone. There was a glich, not sure now if it was with the mini or it was just user error (never been acused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer, LOL) but not wanting to bother anyone or Rob, I took it upon myself to try to figure it out and fix it.

Well, fix it I did! I fixed it so no one could use it, took it apart and when trying to get it back together, I stripped the hole where the screw went in. :(

Here is the great part! I called Rob, explained to him that my mini had its guts laid out all over my counter, I killed it! Not only was Rob NOT upset, he calmly told me to just box it up and ship it back to him, he could get 'er back up and running lickidy split. We had a great conversation and I hung up knowing that this is a man that truly cares about his customers and is dedicated to his craft. It was fantastic talking to him, felt like a long lost friend that I'd reconnected with.

I boxed up my mini, had to put all the parts in a bag and within a week, I had my mini back! It was spit shined, fixed up brand new! He even put all new tubing in it, and that was the only part I didn't break. LOL

I can promise you, if you have any issue with your REO, you can call Rob and he will go above and beyond to help you. His customer service is second to none and doesn't end after your purchase. I deserved a scolding but didn't get one, instead I got a new friend in Rob. :)

So lesson learned for me and I'll advise anyone else, if there is any problem, issue, whatever, call or email Rob (or Ms. Lisa, she's fabulous too) you'll be glad you did!

I got my first Reo Grand a week ago. I know at first I wasn't sure if I would like it because I couldn't get the hang of atomizers. I was always flooding it or vaping it dry....yuck! Then I went on here and learned about Boge 2ohm cartomizers. That was better but my flavor seemed to have gone away. Then I got some 3 ohm and 1.8 ohm cartomizers. My flavor came back and I got the hang of sqonking my cartomizers and I am in love! I have just know started trying some dualies and I am not as happy with some of my juices on those but I have learned that I have a learning curve and adjustment time needed for everything related to vaping. So now I give it all some time before I come to the conclusion that I don't like something. Adjustment is the key to all change!

New Reonaut here! I just received my first Reo, Reo Grand (Red/black), yesterday and dug out some LR306 attys I had in my stash box for awhile (had been using modded ce2's with great success). I loaded up some of my new, steeped and waiting, BWB eJokers juice into the bottle and on the atty and fired it up. OMG was all I could say! The only issue I was having at first was the squonking part and flooding the atty, but resolved that pretty quick. After about an hour of vaping myself into a nic coma, I started having a problem with not getting any vapor or anything coming through. I thought, omg, did I break it? Did the atty pop, even tho it was probably more wet at all times than it needed to be out of fear of just that very thing happening. Or, was there a problem with my Reo that I wasn't informed about when I purchased it (got it secondhand off the classies). Well, I pm'd the seller (he told me if I had ANY questions that he was more than willing to help me if he could, otherwise this would be the place to ask) and he got back to me and told me about the on/off thingy underneath the firing button and that I might have been inadvertently turning it when firing the button. Gawd, I felt so stoopidddd, but I sure was happy that it was the culprit and nothing more disastrous. I have been scouring the threads and posts everywhere to gain as much knowledge on usage and such and I sure am glad that you guys have such a place set up for us Reo newbies (what's the term for that one in 'Reospeak'?) It's comforting to know that I don't need to email a supplier/vendor and wait for an answer any time I might need help with anything. Thanks again you guys! Oh, and OCD as I am...I just HAD to find a companion for my Grand right away, cuz' 'he' asked me to of course *cough, cough*, so I've got a Reo mini (Black/red) coming this week :)

Oh, I LOOOOOOVVEE my REO's. I caress them every night ever so gently with the lightest touch. OH.........um..........wait.........I mean........... never mind me. I was just joking in a way...hehehe.......:danger: Will Robinson :danger::rickroll:

Seriously, I really like how durable they are in that I don't have to worry about them breaking on me. They're also really easy to use which is what I was looking for after I had an ego-t. In which I liked the idea of just filling it up and going on about my day. Without having to worry about carrying bottles of juice and what nots.

It's the mod that actually got me to stop smoking for good. Which I am very grateful for and will get some more when the 18490's come out. Hopefully, more nickle/nickle ones get made sooner or later.

I love my Reo Grand and don't know how I ever got along without it. I hope to have a backup one before too long, maybe next summer.

It took me a week to get the squonk down comfortably, and I think half of that problem was the new atty. Some new attys do require a break-in period which I easily forgot when my brain was wrapped around my new "mod". It's been smooth sailing ever since my atty broke in.

im thinking my difficulty is my trustfire 18650 batt. i have an aw on order to remedy that. also im seeing im out of lr atties, all i have are hr and sr. i use cartos alot on other devices. i have 1 fusion carto left, would that be a good choice? i think i may be used to running 4.7 to 5v on another device so that could affect my judgment too for now.

I have no experience with the fusion carto, but if you are used to 5v, you NEED 1.5ohm attys or maybe the 1.7 ohm resurrector cartos to get a satisfying vape from a 3.7v battery.
