Is my lighter, sounds stupid I know. But I never knew how much I played with that thing through out the day until I stopped smoking cigarettes. And all along I felt like I was missing something with these e-cigs and today I found my lighter out in the garage and brought it in the house. It was like finding an old friend, been playing with it for hours now.

Don't worry babe. The only reason I can't give up smoking is the hand to mouth thing. It's like a pacifier or a blanket! God knows everytime I want to quit smokin it makes me want to poo poo in my pants!

Instead of having my lighter to play with, I usually carry my e-cig in hand. It's usually there, and very rarely anywhere else.

Thank technology for Bics! I spent a good part of my early smoking years with a red spot on my leg where my Zippo leaked in my pants pocket. I loved the sound of a Zippo opening and closing. Bics just made more sense ... and my leg thanks me for it!

Sad part is, now I have to put "lighter" on the checklist for camping now. Unless I want to roll old school with 2 sticks for that bonfire, and I'm thinking no.
Even worse is that Ive been hooked on chapstick since I was about 12. How many times have I left the house without chapstick last 10 months- several
