MY biggest regret, trying to get a hit off my refill bottle that I was holding in my left hand rather than my iClear in my right hand. Got I wish I could take that back. Seriously, half inhaling half drinking pure 12mg/ml pg...

I spent about an hour with the world spinning, feeling sick, sweating, heart going a mile a minute, then about half an hour felling like there was no blood in my body barely able to move. Yeah, that's the thing I'd stop myself doing if I could. I now make sure all bottles have their lids on before I put anything in my mouth and don't vape while DIYing

I heard it helps to swap out the analog where you would normally have one in your routine. Gradually replace with your vape. Instead of having the morning smoke with coffee, replace with a morning vape. Eventually replace another routine with the vape. Before you know it, you'll be down to one or two per day and realize that it's a ridiculously small amount that it doesn't make sense to continue to have the analog.

With that said, to each their own. There is no one correct way to switch from analogs.

Yeah i know everyone is different but it's good to hear from other folks that have already been through it. I'm really glad i found this forum too. Everyone is so helpful to all of us "newbs". Once i'm a seasoned vet I'll be sure to pay it forward, thanks.

Ouch! I suppose I won't have that problem since my Halo G6 is a lot skinnier than even my smallest juice bottles. But still - I'm gonna be even more careful now.

I guess my biggest regret is that I didn't find this forum and research before I bought a huge V2 kit to start with. I honestly (from googling "best e cigarette") thought I was buying the best thing on the market and I went all in with their deluxe kit. 2 weeks later I felt the need to upgrade. Not that there's anything wrong with V2... it does what it's supposed to do but, well, you know...

Anyway, for what I dropped on that massive starter kit I could've been really set with some nice hardware. All is good though. Not smoking, and gradually building up my hardware collection.

My biggest regret is vaping tobacco type juices when I first started vaping. I almost went back to stinkies, the tobaccos just didn't do it for me. As soon as I tried my first fruit vape, it was love and has been ever since

Now I only vape fruit, dessert and bakery types. I have tried a couple of sweet tobacco juices recently, but went straight back to my usual line up. I guess for me, vaping is so different to smoking that I need juices that are totally different to tobaccos. I'm nearly at the 1 year vaping mark now, so I must be doing something right :D

My biggest regret is impulse buying because everyone was raving about the product. I need to slow down, research and decide if I really need that. My other regret is juice shopping when I'm hungry. Everything sounds good when I'm dieting. But it's better to vape dessert than eat them, but the $$$ spent on mediocre juices is making my wallet very thin

Biggest regret, not researching more before buying a VAMO v5 and not trusting myself to build coils. Don't get me wrong, I feel like the VAMO is good for a lot of people. But I was a heavy smoker, and the amount I fiddle with things is ridiculous. I also am very obsessive. I have pretty much destroyed this thing in under a month. The connection in the center pin is sinking into the insulator underneath it (have to pry it up with a flathead screwdriver every day to keep connection). The press fit on the top moves and tilts, it actually came off a week ago. The left adjustment button is sticking out, the fire button is starting to fall apart. Should have realized whatever I got was going to get a lot of use, and gone with something more durable. Also wish I had researched RDA's and mechanicals a little more, because I love math and ohm's law is not to difficult for me.

Buying kits from gas stations / convenience stores. I thought that was it, cost me a fortune, and I almost started smoking again. I discovered a local B&M vape store in town, and they set me up with a VMAX and Iclear 30. I never looked back after that. I am buying a VTR there next week, even though it is slightly more expensive than online. They deserve my business.
