Above all else, don't beat yourself up over it. You just add anxiety and we all know where that leads. It's not an easy thing to accomplish, and you need to be proud of yourself for deciding to quit. Like others have said, vape vape vape your head off. But if you really want that cigarette, have it. At the curb. Not in the house, not in the yard, not in the car (god will the stench EVER leave my car?), make a rule that you can have one, but only at the curb. (Put your lighter as far away from the cigs as possible, to really make this a pain in the rear.) And make a rule you have to brush your teeth immediately afterwards because you will stink. But allow yourself the knowledge that you can have one, just to give yourself a little peace of mind, a little bit of serenity to help you get through, a little pressure relief valve. It's easier for most people to say, "No, I choose not to have one" than to say "No, I can't have one." You can do this. If you slip, you slip. Move on. Count how many fewer you have than you would have before, not how many you have. Do not give up. I am putting some of my willpower into this post (Nrrrrrrrgh! Feel it?) to help you.
Cheers!
