My understanding is in 90 days no new vaping products can be offered for sale in the US. Do I have this right? If so what will Pete Busardo, Mike Vapes, Grimm Green and the other Youtube product reviewers based in the US be reviewing? If they show a banned product will they be charged with a crime for posessing it?

Most of them have enough side businesses to keep them busy.

No new products can legally be released after 90 days from now(?)
If the reviewers are able to get any, they won't be criminals, the people releasing them would be. (from what I am understanding and that isn't a whole hell of a lot.)

Don't count on what I say as absolute fact, this is just my understanding of what I am reading and there is a lot of supposition out there.
