Go Anna! You have bigger, well, you know what, than I do. I've been thinking this all along. Some folks want more in a video which makes it longer and other folks tune out. Some want this, that, the other thing. Holy crap, do it yourself or hire a personal reviewer fool! You're entitled to get it for free? LMAO! No King Tut, not gonna happen! Take advantage of what's available or buy it from the blurb on a distributor's site. If you're gonna claim a chart of an O-Scope is incorrect they you show me your results and give me some proof of your accusation. Those who are really dreadful at something, critique. His tests are accurate with the firmware of the mod he received. On top of the great efforts I mentioned earlier on retesting and providing a follow up, is he now suppose to keep track of every firmware update for what ever mod that maybe in fashion at the time? Even keeping track of what products are popular can be a great task!
FM updates can go on for quite some time so when does it stop? What you are asking for is near impossible for a single reviewer to cover. Especially one who is as busy as Daniel. I know many tech companies that has an army of technicians who can’t pull that off. He provides information that no other YT reviewer is even willing to tackle which makes him stand out above the rest. I fail to see how he can be faulted by that.
Again, you misunderstand. He should list the firmware tested, not every firmware ever released.
I already know he can't keep up with all the mods, as I already said, but a revisit on very popular mods with an updated firmware test would be nice since we don't get much info on an updated mods performance except the thoughts we share with each other on forums such as these.
Since he doesn't mention what firmware is tested, I see misinformation spread around. I have seen people say "Daniel said this mod is not good at TC, so don't buy it" even though there was an update that made TC very useable on that particular mod.
I don't care much if you agree or disagree. What I have said is 100% true, and if someone doesn't like or agree with it doesn't effect the fact that testing one firmware version does not yield accurate results for any future firmwares.
I know a lot of people like djlsb around here and don't want to hear how his testing practices are flawed, but that is the reality of things. There is little he can do about it, just as you said yourself.

Though, honestly I have to take it back. One reviewer I don't mind too much because he has done nice in depth reviews on things that pertained to me was Grimm Green.
And I just looked him up, this was the first vid I saw, not a review. Worth watching.
@Walee – That is awesome!! Never seen The Modified Vaper, what a unique individual. And he seems, at least on camera, to be super friendly and quite knowledgeable on the products he is using. Didn’t watch the whole vid but really enjoyed what I did see. Defiantly returning to his channel to watch more.

I don't know if he even does reviews anymore. I stumbled across his channel and just had to see what it was all about per his appearance. I was very taken his demeanor. Pretty sharp individual.
I watch his videos a lot! He does reviews on knucklehead vapes products, and I think he might work at knucklehead vapes! they make REALLY nice mech clones!!! edit: for a reallllly fair prices [50$ for verryyy good quality clones]
I don't watch many Youtube reviewers. I have always liked and trusted P. Busardo however.

Lol, kind of a take off from Carlin's stick. Just "stuff" in general. I take care of "stuff" and it accumulates. As it accumulates, I realize how little it means to me as compared to how great I thought it might be to own, if that makes any sense. Vaping "stuff" was the most crazy. I was buying waaayyyy too much and finally decided, enough is enough and stopped. About the same time I started getting contacted by folks wanting reviews. I enjoy doing electrical testing on things and editing videos, so I said sure. I've got plenty of time being partly retired as long as I don't accept to many. I've turned a few down already because I don't care for their ethics. Honestly, I don't understand why they ask. I don't promote my channel, I don't even ask for likes. The channel is very small and it should be obvious to them that I am not doing what it would take to grow it. Having said that, I'm all good with it. If they ask and I believe they put out a quality product and or service, I will do a review. I look at it the same as I look at others on forums that do written reviews. I appreciate them taking the time to relay their experiences and I just happen to like learning how to edit videos. I've been recording musical groups for awhile on a limited basis/hobby so I already had the audio process down.
Anyway, I'm having fun and as long as they are happy with whatever they are getting out of it, it's a good time had by all.
