Her latest is absolutely one for the laugh tracks.
Don't miss the tongs.
Pretty entertaining (to me). I didn't realize when she has red hair it is just a wig. Nice house; I wonder if she would like a 65 year old male room mate? :hubba:

Classic! Zophie rocks!!!

I knew she wore wigs, she did a bit if a skit on her other channel, “Just Zophie”. But did not know she has never dyed her hair red.

Zophie is funny as hell and the only one I watch anymore. She doesn't seem to pump any product

There is a flavoured tea juice she seems to plug quite often. I’m not bothered by YT vape celebrities plugging products…ya gotta make a living somehow. But some are a bit excessive. Mike Vapes gave more pro’s toward the Topside squonk mod by Dovpo & TVC than he’s done with all other reviews combined. Just a tad too much there Mike

But agree, Zophie is funny, really enjoy her videos.

Ya the amount of plugging they do turned me off of Mike Vapes and his "crew" like The Vape Team/Not Another Vape Show. They have like the first 20 minutes of their show is a marathon of product plavement/plugging the latest products like "I use this and so should you!" (regardless of they actually use/like the product, because the products change so quickly.)

I first check Fasttech for all details about a product (also check the reviews), then go to YouTube to see this product "life", and hear Pusardo's thumbs down, then search which supplier has the lowest price including postage + possibility to pay via PP.
And I love Todd's accent.
I don't look at Mooch, but I download each new table that he has launched (and made a donation to him).

DJLsb is NOT like that. I have seen him give very bad ratings to products that deserved them even though he got the item free. I have also seen him call out companies that tried to pressure him to give favorable reviews or to put them ahead of other products in his review queue. There are now some brands/sellers/products that he won't even review anymore b/c they wanted him to only post positive reviews.
I think DJLsb's relentless promotion of COTN is questionable, as well as the fact that he always mentions it is sold through the store that gave him a work visa to the US (yes, I watch his vlogs). He also criticized a competing product for only having the shoelace bit on one end, which is ridiculous, like WTF, they aren't actual shoelaces, you only need one end to be super thin to easily insert it into a coil.

That said, I respect him for being the most thorough and technically-minded reviewer when it comes to mods.

Jai Haze takes the worst reviewer spot in my estimation, as he obviously goes out of his way to .... on some products to try and make an entertaining/viral video, for example, he destroyed one tank with a hammer because he apparently couldn't deal with the fact that the screws bent the leads of flat wire coils, yet in the Njord review he built a triple series coil out of a single piece of wire, which is a very advanced build.

That must be new b/c I don't even know what COTN is. Although, come to think of it I haven't watched any reviews by anyone since I got my last setup, last October (2017). Also I rarely watch the whole videos anyway, too much useless info IMHO by all of them. I skip the unboxing, watch the measurements/dimensions sections, skip to the menu system for mods or build section for tanks, then skip to the oscilloscope section for mods, then MAYBE to the pros/cons/thumbs up/down/final thoughts type section. Usually I have made my decision long before I get to the pros/cons section though anyway.

COTN is basically pre-cut bits of cotton with shoelace bits on both ends for easy insertion and "conveniency", and he has used, praised and plugged the store they are sold in during literally every rebuildable atomizer review for many months now, except for the one video where he used a competing product.

Why would you need the plastic part on both ends? Really I haven't had any issues shoving cotton through a coil since I stopped building micro coils in EVOD heads years ago so I guess I don't need it on either end.

That site might be a sponsor for him. I think I recall him being sponsored by Coil Master years ago and he had a CM build mat that he used during that time and gave a shout out in each vid. I don't see anything wrong with that. I would probably be skipping that segment anyway though. :)

You don't need it on both ends, which is why I found it questionable when he criticized a competing product for only having it on one end. He moved to the US on a work visa from the store that sells COTN, so the financial connection is definitely there, but there's no disclosure in the video, which is the other part of the problem.

If the strip is long enough, having aglets on both ends would let you get two wicks out of the strip. That said, I fail to see their advantage, especially at the wildly inflated price. I might as well buy drop in coils for what those puffy cotton strips cost. I can fluff my own cotton quite well, so no thanks.

People will pay for convenience – nothing wrong with that. Benefits of both COTN and Firebolt is consistency. The downside is price and you are limited to certain ID coils (3mm/3.5mm). Never tried COTN but the Firebolt works very well. In a dual coil setup you are able to achieve a more consistent wicking over other brands that require guessing at how much cotton you are using. A single string can be used for 2 coils assuming the wicks for that build are not too long. An RDA such as the Recurve or Wasp Nano, you could probably get 4 wicks out of a string.

There is nothing that states a reviewer cannot be on someone’s payroll which obviously comes with plugging that product. I am not watching DJLsb, or Rip Trippers for the type of cotton they use. I am watching them because they are providing information on a product I am interested in.

Yeah, twisting the end of a piece of cotton/rayon is clearly a tedious task.
I need this as much as I need someone else to whipe my behind...

If you're really so lazy, dont get a rebuildable.

Really? What if that person has poor eyesight or a disability of sort? Should they not be allowed to use a rebuildable because they found a more convenient product to wick with? I would never condemn someone for using a product that make’s their life easier, why would you?

If they have poor eyesight, wicking is not the highest on the list of "hard tasks to do on a rebuildable". And im kind of confused why poor eyesight would make it hard to twist a piece of cotton in your fingers for a second or two.

And if the disability is so bad they can't wick, building on a rebuildable is basically out of the question.

While i don't think your explanation holds much water, I agree that people can spend their cash on whatever they want. If they think that product is better in some way or another, or it gives them a better vape somehow, to them it might just be true. The placebo effect is real, and powerful.
