I didnt see any options or anything logging into my account on zamplebox.com ????

(Finally, no more menthols hopefully!)

I saw the options when selecting a new subscription without logging in. But, logged in to my account, I do not see how to add a profile to my existing subscription. What's up with that?

Well, I still have three flavors from the first one that I can't try as I did not have a dropper. I got two glass bottles with a dropper this time so maybe I'll be able to try all of my juices. There's only been one that I really don't like. One out of 12flavors isn't bad. Bot of my packages were 80ml and up... I'm hoping to keep it like this, a 50 or 60 ml package would sadden me. Also, am I the only one that uses the velvet pouches to carry my clearos in throughout the day?

When I changed nic strength last month, I had to cancel and resubscribe. That seems to be the only way to change anything up right now.

Yep, the email said it is now up and running and to sign up for a new subscription with the survey and to cancel the old subscription.

I just signed up for the gold box and answered the 7 "profile" questions. I answered "candy" as my favorite flavor, yes to fruit, yes to menthol and yes to tobacco. My flavor profile is listed as menthol-tobacco. I really hope that I'm not getting only tobacco and menthol juice. Ill find out tomorrow..

I answered the exact same as you and got menthol-tobacco as well. I will be watching to see what you get as i am very fussy with tobacco.

What link did you guys use for profiles? Did you cancel and re-re- subscribe?

Yea , they sent out emails last week saying you have to cancel and resubscribe....

It wont do you any good though because there is no way to add it to your existing membership... only to do the survey and complete a new purchase. Its pretty basic I think the biggest thing is being able to opt out from tobacco and menthol flavors... im sure its a pain in the ... and a whole lot more work on their end but I bet they will add more options to the flavor profile in the future.
