unless doing sub ohm...you won't notice any difference....brass will have to be cleaned much more frequently. i know there will people here to state otherwise, but the normal vapor won't notice a .1 difference in performance(if that)
Personally, I'm going to have to disagree here. I've always noticed quite a difference between brass and SS contacts, even if not doing sub Ω coils. Even if you do have to wipe it down slightly more often (which is literally a couple seconds worth of work....) it's worth it for better performance. Especially since you already have it. It's like having 2 sets of batteries. Say the one set performs a little better than the other set, why would you not use the better ones if you already have them?

ok....so it fires beautifully as is...the camo that i got had 0 anodizing inside...i was thrilled when i got it...im running a 1.3ohm (about) with .5 ribbon 5/4 wrap and i really cant complain about performance....hits beautifullly... i did find all the brass upgrade specs and ordered all the bolts from homedepot and found the atty compression spring in brass at clipsandfasteners....im gonna see what the difference is....

i kinda thought....after i coiled the ribbon on it.....does this camo even NEED to hit harder? lol...but still ordered all brass upgrades....i'll see if it makes a difference...

I upgraded every internal part of my Sidewinders with brass and I can definitely say that it made a difference, and I do not run sub-ohm coils (more like 1.2-1.5 ohms). In fact, I was really not happy with the performance of my SW's before I made the upgrade and now I am 100% satisfied. Be careful when buying brass parts, though - per the feedback I received from a very knowledgeable forum member many "brass" parts are actually bronze and contain elements you do not want in your device (lead, silicon, arsenic, manganese, etc). If you send me a PM I can point you in the right direction in terms of where you can order real brass parts from.

I replied to your PM but I wanted to point out for everyone else that making brass upgrades (aside from the switch screw) will void your warranty. Keep this in mind before taking apart your SW's.
