Knoxville only has one vender that I know of, and they do 10.95 with tax on 30ml. Fine if your hard up for juice!

If I buy from the local brick and mortar store, I pay about $16.99 for 30ml. If I order online from several suppliers, I pay $10.99 for 50ml Dekang and $13.99 for 60ml Hangsen, a little more for store brand juices. I find Dekang and Hangsen to be very good juices for the money. I suppose many vendors order juice in quantities from China and rebrand it. I do know that lots of vendors order in quantities from specific stateside vendors to get the best mix of juices without having to maintain an FDA approved lab on site.

Ive had some cheap stuff from headshops and tobacco stores and they come in plastic little containers. It leaks and there's an after taste of plastic in it. I do not buy the super cheap China juice that people rebrand under their name.

We've only got one store in Victoria, BC so they get $9 for a 10mil bottle and $20 for 30 mil. They are always busy and you gotta stand in line normally. New arrival to Canada!

My shop charges $20 for 30ml. I'm not sure of the quality of it since I've only had my local juice.
I'll see how it compares in richness of flavor and vape quality when I receive some of the juices I've ordered online.
