Dragbar B3500 Disposable w/ Screen | Reviews by Z-Lee

Dragbar B3500 Disposable
The World's 1st 3500 Puff Disposable w/ an Ultra-Large Color Screen

1693167209756.png

Welcome back to another Z-Lee review! Today we'll be taking a quick peek at the new Dragbar B3500. For a disposable, it packs quite a few features which includes a new display screen that tracks the battery life and remaining puffs. Unlike many of the disposables we've seen for the past few years, this B3500 spruces things up a bit with a bolder artistic robot-like design, and they also added a metallic base.

A few weeks ago I did a review on the IceWave X8500 disposable that featured a 0.75" display. The Dragbar is a sister brand to IceWave and uses the exact same screen in this 3500 puff device. This is quite literally the little sister to the X8500 in almost every aspect other than the puffs and the aesthetics; even the flavor options are the same. For comparison purposes, you can find the IceWave X8500 review here.

Before we jump into the review, I want to thank Hillary over at VooPoo for coordinating this product for review. Any thoughts or opinions mentioned within this post are strictly my own, and as always this critique will be conducted in a fair and honest manner.

Alright, let's do it!

- REVIEW TESTING & OBSERVATIONS -

Intro

1693170353401.png

Each disposable comes individually packaged with the flavor and design pictured on the outside of the box. Inside each box, the product is sealed inside a plastic sleeve, with a rubber insert in the mouthpiece, and a bottom sticker to protect the USB Type-C charging port and the airflow hole. There are no Type-C recharge cables and the samples that I received did not include a user manual, even though the package listing above mentions a user manual. Whether it does or doesn't include a user manual, disposables are meant to be easy to use, and that's exactly what the B3500 does well. I don't quite see the actual need in one.

As far as I know, 50 mg/mL (5%) nicotine concentration is the only available option as of right now, so that's something to be aware of if TPD regulations apply to you. There are 16 available flavors in total ranging from various combinations of fruits, to mint, to tobacco, to a flavor option labeled "Clear". I'm not entirely sure what "Clear" is and I wish I'd have been sent this flavor to give you a better idea on what it tastes like. I'm guessing it's an absence of any flavor, and has a light menthol kick? Even the flavors that don't mention "Ice" or "Mint" in their names have menthol in them, so that is the reason I'm thinking Clear has some, but who knows.

Blackberry Ice, Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Kiwi, Fresh Mint, and Vanilla Casta Tobacco are the flavor options I received for this review. The inhale in all of them have a very pronounced mint sensation. I'd say slightly more than the IceWave X8500 that I reviewed earlier. I'd go as far as to say that the inhale is 80-90% mint with a hint of the other flavors. However, in the exhale is where you'll receive the big flavor-burst. The flavor profiles in the 5 disposables I received is very accurate to their names. Of the 5, the only one that had a taste that I wasn't all that familiar with was the Vanilla Casta Tobacco. I want to say that the Vanilla came off as more of a Peanut Butter-ish flavor, but then again, I've had Vanilla protein shakes that also tasted a bit peanut buttery. It's not a bad combo at all - I actually like the way the Vanilla Casta and Tobacco flavors blend. The Fresh Mint resembles that of vaping toothpaste. If you are not a fan of menthol, I would not recommend this one at all.

If you see much of the same wording as in the IceWave X8500 review, it is because these two devices are almost identical in performance.

The B3500 Aesthetic

1693171709508.png

Almost the entire exterior is encased in a shiny polycarbonate plastic. With the chaotic design just behind it, it makes any detection of fingerprints to be masked enough to be pretty much be considered non-existent.

We'll call the side that has the display the "front". On this side, the lower right corner features the 0.75" LCD screen. You'll notice between the left and right side, the side (left) that aligns with the mouthpiece juts out slightly. This is where the juice reservoir and coil are. On the right, behind the LCD screen, is where the 500 mAh battery sits.

Both sides show the flavor option and are more or less mirrored in design, with the exception of the DRAGBAR logo on the back side, and the 3500 PUFFS with the LCD on the front side.

I don't much design variance between each flavor other than the color choices used in the design. For example, the orange stereo pictured above is purple in the Blackberry Ice B3500. The silver portions have a bit of a holographic pearlescent reflection when held just right in the lighting. You can see this on the front side along the lower left corner of the LCD screen and on the back side around the letter D near the top.

1693172768887.png

The mouthpiece is very thin and oblong in shape making it very comfortable and easy to seal between your lips. This is ideal for an MTL (mouth to lung) style of vape, especially when it's auto-draw dependent like the B3500 is. There's also a lanyard loop available for those that already have a lanyard or want to get creative with kite string or fishing line. A lanyard is not included with this kit, however.

I would categorize the airflow as a loose MTL. From the disposables that I've tested in the past, this seems to be a rather common airflow setting. Being that it's a loose MTL, you can even draw from it like you would an RDL (restricted direct lung) which is a direct inhale to the lungs, but it's pretty tight for an RDL. The auto-draw sensor is very quick to activate using both styles of inhale and I have yet to experience any hiccups with the sensor under normal use.

I did run into an issue with my first disposable. I brought it with me on a cabin trip and it ended up taking a fall off of the picnic table and landed on the mouthpiece into some dirt. I attempted to wash the mouthpiece out but it caused the disposable to start auto-firing the next day. A good reminder that if you introduce water to your disposable products, it's best to just save them for recycling. This is a for sure thing if you accidentally drop them into a toilet.

Different than most disposables that I've seen, the B3500 has a clamped on SPCC metal base. I can see this as being a decent pro in terms of accidentally dropping it, but only if it lands on the metal. In this metal base is where you'll find the USB Type-C charging port and the airflow hole. Be cautious that you don't set an auto-draw device onto a wet surface when its airflow hole and Type-C charging port are on the bottom. This can cause the auto-draw sensor to malfunction and can also lead to auto-firing, not to mention allowing moisture to get inside the Type-C charging port. Your best bet is to lay the B3500 on its side.

(Remember to remove the rubber plug from the mouthpiece and the sticker on the bottom)

The Display

1693174528805.png

On the left is a close-up look at the display while not charging. In the LCD screen, the percentage of remaining battery life is shown on the left, and on the right is a 4-tier indicator that measures the remaining juice left in the device.

The mishap that I had with the first B3500 that ended up auto-firing ended up giving me a bit of insight on how the remaining puff counter works. When the device was auto-firing, it was stuttering very quickly. As I was sitting there listening to it sputter, I was watching the battery % drop every few seconds and then the remaining juice counter dropped a tier. In total, I'm guessing that it sputtered 200-300 times. It is my belief that the chip is programmed to deduct a puff every time the auto-draw sensor is activated. Normally, a mod chip is programmed to not count anything as a puff unless it's for at least a second. This is to prevent faulty puff counts when accessing menus and/or turning the device on, off, or locking it. For a simple chip with auto-draw only, I suppose this was the best way for them to estimate the remaining puffs. If this is correct, then I'd recommend using the remaining puff counter only as an estimate and to continue puffing on it until the flavor becomes unsatisfactory.

In the right photo, you'll notice a lightning bolt in the LCD screen. This indicates that you are charging the device. From dead to a full recharge, it takes about an hour and a half. The product specs mention a 500 mAh internal battery, but when I charged the device, it never went higher than 0.2A. This would indicate that the internal battery is closer to 300 mAh, but 300 mAh hardly seems to be enough to power a 1.0Ω coil for an entire day which I was very easily achieving. In any case, unless you're breathing a B3500 from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed, it should last you through the day.

The Type-C charging port does read a 3.0 QC (quick charging) cable, so for any android users, you're able to use your phone chargers for the B3500. This device does not support pass-through vaping, so you will not be able to puff on it while it's plugged in. It does recharge fairly quickly however, so it shouldn't take very long to get some life back into the device for further vaping. My recommendation would be to just keep it topped off since you don't have to worry about battery health in a disposable.

- CONCLUSION -

Like the IceWave X8500, there really isn't anything I can fault against the Dragbar B3500 other than its existence (yes, that's a hit on disposables, lol). It vapes flawlessly and is quite accurate in the 5 flavors I was sent to review. Some might say that it should include a Type-C charger, but I think that would be a huge waste, especially in use-and-toss (to a recycle center) disposables.

The 0.75" screen is easy to read and is a great addition to any vape product simply to help keep track of what's remaining on the device. In terms of accuracy, I'm quite pleased with both the battery indicator and the juice indicator from what I can tell.

As a coworker mentioned, it's nice to have a design that isn't pastel or tropical in color and design. I've never minded what color the device is that I'm holding in my hand, but I can see how others might find the aesthetics of the B3500 to be more appealing than say the Dragbar B6500.

If you're not a fan of ice/mint, these are quite strong on the inhale. I will however say that they're definitely not the strongest I've tested. The exhale is quite pleasant which is a great counter to the minty inhale.

My opinion will always remain that disposables have a place in the vaping industry specifically for people trying to quit smoking. They're very easy to use and a great introduction to vaping. If that is you, then I will say look no further if one or more of these flavor profiles seems to fit what you're looking for. On the other hand, I have a bias against disposables in the larger scheme of things simply because I think they're a huge waste of plastic and lithium ion/polymer batteries. I realize not everyone is concerned about these things, but I wish they would be.

If your intent is to use the Dragbar B3500 to slowly convert over to a refillable vape device, then I fully support and endorse this product. Please remember to recycle disposables to the appropriate local recycling centers taking in lithium ion/polymer batteries.

Overall Rating
9.0

(compared against other disposables)

And that about covers it. If you're looking for a disposable with a solid menthol kick, accurate flavor output, and an indicator screen for battery life and juice, then the Dragbar B3500 is a great choice. I'd recommend visiting the Dragbar page here, for a much better visual presentation and show of features. If you're looking for something with a bit more battery power and longevity in puffs, take a peek at the IceWave X8500, as it's very similar in almost every way - just bigger and beefier. If you're interested in what ICCPP is up to (parent company), I recommend taking a peek at their site here. As always, I appreciate you taking the time to read this review. Please vape responsibly and...

Happy vape hoarding!

DRAGBAR B3500 DISPOSABLE WITH DISPLAY SCREEN REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Welcome back friends to today's review of the Dragbar B3500 which is a disposable device with a rechargeable 500mAh internal battery and has 8ml's of juice preloaded, it also has a large display screen showing the battery strength as well as juice capacity. This is a very lightweight and compact device slightly larger and fatter than a Zippo lighter, no buttons to fool with as the Dragbar B3500 is a auto draw only device using a 0.1Ω mesh coil for flavor enhancement providing up to 3500 vapes and has 16 flavors to choose from. Lets check out some manufacture information on the Dragbar B3500 disposable prior to my review of it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The Dragbar B3500 comes in a standard box containing the device and a user manual, my sample versions did not include the user manual. I was sent 5 sample flavors that I know well because they were the same flavors in the Icewave 8500 disposable I recently reviewed, if you missed it here's the link below.

Each device ships out pre sealed in a plastic wrapper which adds another level of protection preventing the device from a accidentally firing, there is also a protective sticker covering the airflow inlet located on the bottom of the device, a 3rd level of protection is a silicone rubber plug inserted into the mouthpiece all of which must be removed before vaping. Hang on to the mouthpiece plug and reinsert it after vaping to prevent juice evaporation, this is just a practice I do.

DASH ONE – STRAWBERRY

DASH ONE - STRAWBERRY
Place of origin: Germany
@Ispy pack: 12/4
Courtesy of @Ispy, I have the pleasure of tasting a hitherto unknown German brand, Dash One, a simple strawberry version of the Dash One natural fruit range. I wondered at the beginning of the test what a longfill in the 3-4 thousand HUF price range could offer, which is a "simple" natural strawberry flavour. What makes this a better choice than buying a flavour concentrate, which might bring more to your kitchen in terms of price and quantity after mixing it in. In fact, that's what this recommendation will be about, as there's only so much you can write about a simple strawberry flavour.
The smell is of course strawberry , it's very noticeable, no variation just the fruit itself. Nothing else can be said about the flavour other than that this will be a strawberry soup from the ground. The fruit feels good and lively, there is no side flavour to take the taste in a different direction. No, it's not sweet and it's not sour, it's just a light strawberry that you can munch on all day. Which you can perhaps tie into, as other forums have said, "a faint strawberry flavour" is what you get. Since there is no candy or other dessert flavors mixed in here, and no cooling, it can be easily bored or lose its pleasant and fragrant flavor after a while. Overall, I can say that we get what the manufacturer promises, a pleasant strawberry flavour. If I look at the price, it is definitely worth trying a cheaper flavour concentrate, which is the same taste and quality as the product, but much more economical than the 60ml longfill.

Let's start by looking at the box and what it brings us inside.

IMG_8659.jpg

What comes inside the box ?

- 1 Klypse Zip Pod Kit
- 1 Klypse 2mL Pod ( 1.2ohm )
- 1 Klypse Zip Cap
- 1 Quick Guide
- 1 Warning Booklet ( Battery Care Guide )

│Device Inspection│

In this section we will talk about things like filling, where the charging port is, how the pod is connected, the battery life...

Let's start with some photos of the device once taken out of the box.

IMG_8663.jpg
IMG_8664.jpg

This is how it looks, although it may not be appreciated in photos, it is a very small device, perfect to be transported everywhere and take a few puffs when you need it you can even connect a lanyard hook to it, which unfortunately is not included. The feeling in the hand is quite good, very comfortable, light and easy to use, even more so with the Auto-Draw that we will talk about later. I have taken it to several places in my pocket and as for leakage, I can say that it is well made, not a single drop so far, good job Innokin. I would put a disadvantage on it, maybe it is something personal but I will say it, the cover is somewhat loose at least in my case, it is not 100% fixed to the device to be honest, but is good enough.

IMG_8668.jpg

As you can see in the image, the pod is connected to the device with some magnets, I have done some testing and they have no looseness, they remain well fixed, even sometimes it is difficult to remove, a great disadvantage that I have found related to pods, It is that once connected you do not really know how much liquid you have left, since it is not seen.

IMG_8666.jpg

To refill the liquid we have to remove the pod and open a small blue tab that is on the side of it, in my opinion it is a bit messy, maybe the problem is me but I don't know.

IMG_8672.jpg

The charging port is under the device, according to the manufacturer the device charges at 750mAh/DC5.0V
In addition, the device has an LED that indicates the amount of remaining battery;
- Green (100-30%)
- Yellow (30-10%)
- Red ( Below 10% )

│Lets vape │

In this section I will try the vape, I will talk about the flavor it provides, the duration of the coil, how quickly the liquid is used up... The first thing is to fill the pod and remember, we must always wait 5-10 minutes for it to soak well and we can now vape. My first puffs from this vape impressed me, such a small device provided a very good flavor and a more than acceptable amount of vapor, all this with the 1.2ohm pod. As for how much liquid you spend, I would say rather little, when vaping at 10W with a 1.2ohm coil, the liquid consumption is very little. Comfort 10/10, with the auto-draw you only have to worry about giving a few puffs, nothing to press buttons, control watts... As I said, this device has impressed me, I've been using it a lot, especially these last few days when going out on the street or running an errand, it works quite well in my pocket. As for the battery, I saw it quite durable except when the led turns yellow that means is lower than 30% but higher than 10%.

│Pros And Cons│

Pros;

- Pocket Sized.
- Good flavour.
- Good for MTL users ( it is on the loose way to be honest ).

- Auto-Draw.
- Begginer Friendly.
- Battery Indicator.
- No leaks.

Cons;

- Only 1 pod comes with the kit.
- No lanyard hook included.
- The cap is a little loose.

Would I would recommend it ?

To be honest, I would totally recommend it, it is a cheap device that offers great flavor and a very acceptable amount of vapor, it is very pocket sized, above all, I would recommend it to people who are quitting smoking or are starting out in the world of vapers There are thousands of options, this is one of them.

That was the entire review, I hope you liked it, I loved doing it to be honest, any question or doubt, even constructive criticism, is accepted in the comments, have a good time vaping!

Anyone know how to lock a pulse2?

So I got a pico squeeze2 but also a pulse2 (I couldn’t stop the transaction). I find I like the pulse2 better though I suspect that the seal on the juice bottle won’t last. I like it ironically because it has a plastic button. The button on the squeeze2 is already rotting away. I’ll have to build it up with nail polish or something. The electronics on the pulse are a bit harder to control, but in no way impossibly so. I prefer the front squeeze to the side squeeze. The thing that is killing me about the pulse2 though is I can’t lock the wattage and I’m forever having to reset it to the 20w I like to vape at. Is there a way to lock it?

Features
The Geekvape Wenax Q is an easy to use pod device with a stick shape formfactor. It has a button, a display, airflow control and wattage detection. A lot of features that could be good for either the long time vaper or something interesting for someone just starting out vaping.

The HD OLED display tells you the wattage, the puffcount and the battery bar. There is no battery percentage visible, just a battery with four little bars to tell you what your battery level is. When you press the button three times you can adjust the wattage and when you press the button 5 times, you lock the button, so you can make the device inhale-to-draw only. When you press the button another 5 times, you fully turn off the device.

The airflow control on the device is accurate, with for me fully closed a bit too tight for a comfortable draw. If you like that really, really tight mouth-to-lung that might be what you’re gonna want to set it to. With the 1.2 ohm pod I like to have it just a tad open for medium tight MTL. With the 0.6 ohm pod, I’d say crank that wattage up and put the airflow all the way open.

When you put the pod into the device, it chooses a certain wattage, which you can change in increments of 1. You can only change it to a wattage that’s in the recommended range for the pod.

8e967a_4e918879c1ce4af187cf177f4318b1bf~mv2.jpg

Design
The Wenax Q comes in a sleek pen style design, like a lot of pods we know on the market. It comes in a range of different colors. We have a matt black finish and some shiny, glossy finishes, as shown in the picture above. On the right side of the device, is the airflow control, which has three slots you can adjust with the slider. On the left side of the device is the charging hole. On the front of the device you can find the button, the display and some Wenax branding. On the back it’s really just the Geekvape branding for this device.

Pods
I was blown away by the flavor these pods give. Pods are really starting to get somewhere in that regard. They are really starting to be good competitors to other, bigger and more expensive vapes, or even disposables flavorwise. On the bottom of these pods it says the ohms and the wattages, besides some big magnets that keep the pod in place.

I really appreciate that the pod is completely clear. No tinted plastic or something like that, which would make it harder to see the eliquid level. Just plain clear plastic, so it’s easy to see throughout the day how much juice you have left.

I do find myself having to fill a pod that only has a 2ml capacity multiple times a day, but it’s a common capacity, because of the TPD, so I see why companies and brands such as Geekvape would make this choice. It is crack to fill, so when I can barely see the liquid coming out of the device anymore, I know it’s time to crack that black top off and fill the pod. I did notice a little hiccup when filling the device, which was that the hole in the pod which should let air get out, didn’t really do that. So sometimes it would be a little bit of a pain to fill a pod, just a bit of holding the pod sideways and not pressing the juice bottle too hard.

8e967a_98e80ba1b1cc47d192eff68826d6efb8~mv2.jpg

Performance
The 1.2 ohm pod is definitely for those who love an MTL style for vaping. I enjoyed vaping it, but I did notice the 0.6 ohm pod gave me a little bit more flavor. Don’t get me wrong, they both gave a very flavorful experience, but I just found the 0.6 ohm pod a little bit better in that department. I think this may have to do with the higher wattage that it’s recommended for. With the 1.2 ohm pod you can only change the wattage from 9-13 watts. With the 0.6 ohm pod you can change the wattage from 19-25 watts. I’d assume if you could take the 1.2 ohm pod up about 2 watts, it would be a better experience in terms of flavor. You would of course burn out the coil faster by doing this. Other than that I do really appreciate the set wattage control, so you don’t accidentally instantly burn out your coils.

The battery was also consistent and performed about the same as a Xros device, so the 1.000mAh seems to be accurate. Like I said, the battery has four bars on the screen, but the button also has a led to indicate the battery percentage for you. It has green (100% - 70%), blue (69% - 31%) and red (30% - 0%). When charging the device the colors go in different increments: Steady green (100%), breathing green (>75%), breathing blue (50% - 74%), breathing white (25% - 49%) and breathing red (<25%).

The device feels nice in both performing MTL as RDL, with the 1.2 ohm pod definitely more toward the MTL side and the 0.6 ohm pod more toward the RDL side. With the 1.2 ohm pod and the airflow wide open you could also do RDL if you really wanted to, but the 0.6 ohm pod really shines in this department. The flavor you get from it with the wattage at 23-25 and the airflow all the way open, really is immaculate. To me, the device felt a bit too tight with the airflow all the way closed, with either pod. I always keep it a tad open, and like I said fully open for the 0.6 ohm pod.

Pros
  • 1.000 mAh battery
  • 2 pods
  • Wattage control
  • Airflow control
  • USB-C on the side
  • Top fill
  • Clear pods
  • Flavorful pods
  • Passthrough vaping
  • Affordable

Cons (actually just the one)
  • The air hole in the pod doesn’t seem to release any air

Verdict
The Geekvape Wenax Q is a user-friendly pod device with a sleek, pen-style design. It features an HD OLED display showing wattage, puff count, and battery level. Airflow control is accurate, offering customization for different preferences. The 1.2 ohm and 0.6 ohm pods deliver impressive flavor and performance.

The 1,000mAh battery gives consistent performance, indicated by the display and LED light on the button. The transparent pods allow easy monitoring of e-liquid levels. However, the 2ml capacity might need some refilling throughout the day. One downside is that the air hole in the pod seems ineffective at releasing air.

I’d say the device offers a satisfying vaping experience with its user-friendly features, stylish design, and flavorful pods. It's suitable for both beginners and experienced vapers. I’d definitely recommend picking it up, especially if you’re still smoking cigarettes or using disposable vapes!

Nicotine Supplier who can Ship Nicotine to Pakistan

I live in Pakistan and I am importing pre-made e liquids from all over the world. Now I have a team who can make commercial juices for me but I am straggling with getting supplies here because there is no local business who deals in DIY supplies here in my country.

I am looking forward for a well known nicotine supplier who can ship nicotine base and salt nicotine base to Pakistan without any hassle.

Purity of products is my main concern because I got few guys from china who provided nicotine but that is not much pure. I would love to have purest nicotine base and other supplies.
