Im new to vaping bought a voopoo drag 4 kit which has Uforce L subohm tank that setup was fine,
Then i bought a new mod because its becoming a hobby so i bought the istick power 2C 160wattwat.
i rly like the look but when i use my tank only got 1 atm the Uforce L.
it wont sit flush theres a slight gap you can see light shining under through it but on the drag its flush..
Is my mod defective should i return? It was their last one tho and i rly like the look.
Its like it wont screw all the way down touching the mod i can slide paper under it even
I looked at manual it does say spring floating 510 so idk

Edit: made a picture my phone takes terrible pics hard to see looks worse IRL i can even see the thread of the tank if i hold it up to light and let light shine through, what should i do is it defective its flush on my other mod this tank is

I have the vapelyfe Mod from probably 10 years ago. Brass hybrid mech mod. The serial number, 027, is etched on the tube not the button like every other one I've seen online. I paid a decent amount new but was wondering if anyone had any idea how much it's worth of anything. I can post a pic after I clean it up some. Been sitting for a while Don't want to embarrass myself.

I have a wasp nano and a nightmare but neither fits and I don't wanna shave em down and then those not function please help. Hello everyone! I have some questions regarding the smoothest NIC base and VG currently. A little on my background, and to help understand what I am looking for. I was a customer of Gremlin Juice from 2013 until they sadly closed up. Rich and the Gremlins provided some of the best customer service around, and I vaped his Vanilla Custard 24/7. After he closed I began using Capellas VC #2 as my flavoring, and mixed it with a 3MG Nic VG I got from LiquidNicotineWholesalers (a direct recommendation from Rich himself). It was perfect, everything I was looking for. I bought two gallons of the VG from LNW, when they announced they would no longer be shipping residential, and it lasted me up until just recently.

I began searching for a supplier, and came across Central Vapors, and placed an order for a 120ml of NIC base and 1 gallon of their VG. When it arrived, it was incredibly harsh, burning my throat terribly, and it also made my juice a very dark shade of yellow the moment it was mixed, which was not normal at all. I contacted them, and they exchanged my order for me. Not sure if it was the VG or the NIC base that created these issues, I filled a tank with just the VG and a little flavoring, and it was very smooth, and did not make the juice so dark. I chalked my issues up my having received a bad bottle of VG, and I mixed the NIC base and VG for a second time. It made my juice very dark again, but it was much smoother than the first order. However, I have burned through a few tanks now, and it is still more harsh on my throat than I'd like, and the flavor profile is off from what I am used to.

Seeing now how difficult it has become for us to find a good NIC base and a nicely flavored smooth VG, and to try and avoid placing an order with every shop I am able to find, I am hoping some of my more experienced brethren on the ECF might have some suggestions.

At this point, I have to believe that it is the NIC base at CV, that might be a little harsher than I am used to. But, I will vouch for their customer service, 100%. Every person I have dealt with from CV was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful. It is a shame that it seems their NIC base does not appear to fit my personal needs. It's an even bigger shame that we are all being forced to go to such great lengths to fill our needs, while I could still go down and by a pack of analogues any time I please, something I 100% credit e-cigs with getting me off of 10 years ago.

Any help from any of you will be very much appreciated, I thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!

I have a quick question
Is it OK to charge married batteries individually?
I use a charger thats single slot only ,so what i do is when im low on batteries i pop both out of mod and charge 1 battery take it out charge the other one, then when its all done then i put it back in the mod and vape thats still married right?
I think i read the same amount of cycles used and charged etc is what matters as long as you always use both together with same amount of discharge and charge cycles or something like that
Is this true?

Im also broke atm so i cant go buy a charger in 2 weeks i can but hopefully its ok

Hello and welcome back for another review by yours truly. This time I will be taking a look at the Voopoo Vinci 3 that was sent to me by Voopoo in order to provide you with a fair, honest, and hopefully informative review. The Vinci 3 is obviously the third rendition of the Vinci series of pod mods. This one is quite a bit thinner and very much reminds me of pod mod from another manufacturer that I reviewed last year. However, Voopoo has put their own spin on it with some different features and designs. It is made from zinc alloy and carbon fiber so has a nice weight to it. It contains an 1800mah internal battery for what seems like long battery life and is adjustable from 5-50 watts. It also has a display screen on one side. The Vinci 3 has what they are calling a Mobius airflow control which is basically a turn wheel that protrudes from both sides of the mod. The airflow rating is from 100-3000 Pa. It can be button fired or used in auto draw. However, the airflow will need to be tightened up some for more of an RDL or MTL for the auto draw to work correctly.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Vinci 3 is simple but nice. The front has of course the Voopoo and Vinci 3 names in white against a blue background that reminds me of a laser light show or something. It also has a clear viewing window which I like very much so you can see the actual device inside. The back side of the box has the contents list as well as the usual company information and warnings.

The box for the Vinci 3 is opened from the end. The plastic tray holding the device slides out and the accessories and user manual are located under the tray. I personally don’t care for this type of packaging because when you slide the tray out then some of the contents underneath are going to fall out normally. What Voopoo has done to combat this is to put the user manual and all accessories in a clear plastic pouch that must be torn open to remove the contents.

The Vinci 3 kit comes with the .3 ohm coil pre-installed in the pod which is rated for 28-36 watts. The second coil included in the accessory pouch is a .6 ohm coil rated for a maximum of 23 watts according to the writing on the foil pack containing the spare coil. Also included in the kit is a USB-C charging cable to charge the 1800mah internal battery as well as the user manual.

The Vinci 3 has the Voopoo Vinci name printed on one side with the airflow adjustment wheel protruding near the top of the body and a clear viewing window above that which allows the user to see part of the clear pod to monitor the liquid level. It basically allows the user to see the lower half of the pod so when the liquid level nears the bottom of the viewing window then it’s about time to refill the pod. The opposite flat side has the other side of the airflow adjusting wheel which also has the + and – signs so the user can tell where the airflow is set by looking at where the larger tab on the wheel is positioned. Also on this side is the fire button which has a couple different functions. The Vinci 3 can be button fired or can auto draw fire. However, I have found that I need to tighten the airflow quite a bit for the auto draw fire to function properly. The Gene AI name is printed near the bottom indicating the chipset used in this model.

One side of the V3 is marked “Sample” on the one I received but of course will not when you receive a production model. In the picture on the left you can see that this is where the USB-C charging port is located as well as the airflow inlet openings which are a series of four different sized slotted holes. The airflow slots are identical on both sides. The picture on the right shows the location of the display screen also. I will cover the display and functions shortly along with a picture.

The display screen for the V3 shows the following information when at idle.

• Battery level percentage
• Set wattage
• Puff counter
• Coil resistance

While pressing the fire button then the screen changes the display and shows the following information.

• Total puffs
• Duration of current puff
• Accumulated vaping time in minutes

The button functions for the V3 are as follows:

• Short press the fire button 5X to turn the device on
• Press the fire button 3X and the wattage will flash. From there press the fire button to scroll the set wattage. Once it reaches the top limit then it will round robin to the low setting and climb again. You can either press the button multiple times or press and hold it to fast scroll. Once the desired setting is reached then the display will stop flashing after 5 seconds.
• Press the fire button 5X to enter the menu while the device is on. From there you can choose between button lock (unit only functions with auto draw), Puff clear, or Power off. The V3 does not turn off by pressing the fire button 5X. It only turns it on. To power off, this must be done from the menu.

The 4ml pod for the V3 is a top fill pod like many other smaller pods I’ve seen. You simply push the mouthpiece to one side and the mouthpiece comes off allowing you to fill the pod without removing it from the device. However, the way the viewing window is set up on this device it’s a little hard to see the liquid level until you get almost all the way to the top when filling.

I very much like that the body of the pod is clear allowing you to see the liquid level very easily. The coil that comes pre-installed has a safety seal over it so that it isn’t accidentally fired before filling the pod. This is especially a good idea since this one is button and auto draw fired. There is a rubber gasket over the fill hole and a smaller vent hole on the opposite side. The coils are a simple push in style and due to the pod opening design on the mod the coil needs to stick out quite a bit from the base of the pod.

The pod opening on the device has two magnets as does the bottom of the pod to hold the pod in securely. The spring loaded contacts in the opening are inset fairly deep which is why the coil must protrude quite a bit as I mentioned in order to make contact with the pins. It’s a little hard to see in my picture but the auto draw airflow inlet is at about the ten o’clock position and is raised.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

The Vinci 3 does have some really nice features for such a small pod mod. The 1800mah internal battery seems to last a very long time with the included coils. There was some difference of course between the number of puffs on the .6 and .3 ohm coils but they can be run very close to the same output where it isn’t a huge difference. The Mobius airflow control is a nice touch to have an airflow control on a small device like this is truly a plus. That being said, the way the airflow control wheel sticks out on both sides of the mod takes away from the hand feel and comfort of holding it in my opinion. The liquid viewing window is a good idea and I do appreciate the effort in the design. It really only exposes about the bottom half of the pod so when you get in the center of the viewing window then it’s time to start thinking about filling the pod again. That leads to one more thing that I didn’t really care for. Yes you can remove the mouthpiece and fill the pod without removing it but you really can’t see the liquid level until it gets very near the top since very little of the pod is exposed above the body. Please remember that these are my personal preferences and others may have different opinions. It is nice that the Vinci 3 has variable wattage output and even though it doesn’t have a + and – button, it does scroll through the numbers rather quickly so it only takes a few seconds to adjust the output. I didn’t really care for how it restricts the output depending on the coil resistance. I started using the .6 ohm coil around 20 watts and worked it up. I knew that it said it was 23 watts max but felt like I still needed more output with this coil but it would not let me go above 23. Instead it went back to 6 watts. Most larger Voopoo devices have an rba mode that lets you set what you want and wish this one had it too because even at 23 watts the vapor from the .6 ohm coil was too cool for me.

The .3 ohm coils was better running at 35 watts with the airflow about 1/3 to ½ open. It provided a bit warmer vapor. Both the .6 and .3 ohm coils produced plenty of vapor. However, I found both coils lacking in the flavor department. I have used many PNP coils and have come to expect pretty good flavor production from them but honestly that was not the case with them on this device. I hate to say this but if I was going to rate the flavor production on the Vinci 3 then I’d probably give it a 6.25 out of 10. It has to be the device since I’ve used these coils on other devices with good results. I tested the .3 ohm coil with Dinner Lady Blackberry Crumble and used Lemon Tart on the .6 ohm coil. In both cases I felt like the flavor was muted compared to other devices I have used these same liquids on.

I felt like the auto draw on the Vinci 3 was similar to other Voopoo devices I’ve tried in the past. Either I had to draw very hard or tighten the airflow control down to ¼ open or less in order to get it to work correctly. A lot of their small pods have great auto draw function but for some reason on the larger devices it has been lacking and needs some work.

Hello, today let's take a look at the VooPoo Vinci 3 Mod Pod Kit. I will review in this Test each of the features that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

► VooPoo Vinci 3 Mod Pod Kits; First Impressions:
Compared with VINCI 2, the new VINCI 3 according to VooPoo offers a range of 100-3000Pa of airflow regulation due to excellent air tightness. With an adjustable output wattage of 5-50W, users enjoy multiple vaping modes and with different wattage settings. With 5-25W power output, users can have a tight draw with high resistance. With 26-40W power output, users can experience narrow or loose RDL. With an output power of 41-50W, users can easily enjoy the addictive vapor from the depths of their lungs, quickly relieving their nicotine addiction.

One of the strengths of this new Vinci is certainly the favorable relationship between the size of the battery (which for this kind of device is quite large 1800mAh) and the small and robust zinc alloy body. VooPoo claims that the VINCI 3 when fully charged can support 2 days of vaping on a single charge, easily meeting the needs of daily vaping. Furthermore Vinci 3 being more than 50% smaller and 20% lighter than Vinci II. Vinci 3 is more manageable and portable . In fact VINCI 3 is really solid and handy to hold, it also offers a pleasant tactile feedback due to its design made with careful assembly and with soft lines well connected to each other.





The sample I received for this test is "Aurora Red", on the side panels you find a nice shade of bright red with hints of black towards the bottom.
At the top there are two opposing transparent windows that allow you an easy and immediate view of the internal liquid level. Below there is a graduated scale with progressive notches and with the "+" symbol to indicate the direction of rotation of the adjustment toothed wheel to increase the air flow. The Fire key is slightly protruding and can be deactivated for purely automatic use. There are also the words "Gene AI" on one side and "VOOPOO VINCI" on the opposite side.



This regulation system called Mobius Airflow System is exquisitely made, the gear wheel is equipped with end stops and by rotating the wheel itself, you can adjust the lateral airflows present on the sides of Vinci 3 to easily obtain any vape mode from MTL narrowed down to RDL, down to a pretty loose Puff DL. On the sides there are also the Type-C charging port and the 0.69 "display.





For operation, VOOPOO VINCI 3 uses a single multifunction Fire button which via the Gene AI chip communicates with an interactive 0.69" screen. All this greatly simplifies the setting operations and the usage options as follows:

* To adjust the power, press the Fire key three times, when the power flashes, press the fire key to increase it from 5 to 50W with 1W steps at a time. Wait at least 5 seconds and the power is automatically confirmed.

* With the mod on, to enter the menu, press the key five times; to confirm the choice, press and hold the Fire button, the available choices are as follows:
• Button Lock/Unlock: allows you to activate or deactivate the Fire key, the automatic mode always remains active.
• Puff Clear: Clears the Puff counter
• Power Off: It allows you to turn off the Mod, to turn the Mod back on you need to click the Fire button 5 times.



VooPoo Vinci 3 denotes constructive care, in fact on the bottom the base has a rubberized coating, I really like this detail because the grip is greater to keep the device standing even during recharging, moreover the contact with the support surfaces is always silent thanks to the rubber that dampens the noise.

Inside the compartment / pod there are two magnets that offer the right magnetism to hold the cartridge, the 1000Pa airflow sensor channel remains slightly raised compared to the bottom to prevent it from easily filling up with condensation.



The 4ml refillable Vinci 3 cartridge has a nice clarity and classic spout shape with classic duckbill design so comfortable for lips. The spout is removable to access the fill port easily and in one step. Filling is really fast, you don't even need to take the cartridge out of the device.





In the image below you can see the bottom of the cartridge with the two magnets that mirror those inside the compartment/pod. You can easily enter your PnP resistance from below with a light press. In the side-by-side image you can see the top of the cartridge with the spout removed, the filling hole is protected by a dark colored silicone membrane and there is also a small vent hole for the "overflow".



As I anticipated, the Vinci 3 cartridge houses PnP resistors, for this reason you will really have a wide choice for MTL, for RDL and also for DL compatibly with the max power supplied by Vinci 3 Mod which I remind you is 50W.



► VooPoo Vinci 3 Mod Pod Kits; Vaping Test and Final Conclusions:
The concentrated e-juice I chose for this test was the "God Posion" diluted 10% in a 50:50 VG/PG base with 3mg/ml of boost.

• 0.6Ω PnP-DW60 coil with 18-23W range:
The Gene AI intelligent chip with this coil prevents you from selecting a power higher than 23W avoiding possible burns of the cotton caused by carelessness.
The 0.6Ω PnP-DW60 seems like the ideal choice to get a quiet and satisfying restrict RDL vape, or you can get a warm and aggressive MTL vape in the throat hit, flavor-laden, and cloud-rich. With creamy e-liquids this Mesh coil performs really well and with the Fire button the activation is immediate at any degree of opening of the air flow. The new sensor for the automatic draw has been revised by VooPoo and made more sensitive, but it works well and is only responsive by adjusting the airflow in a narrow position suitable for MTL. The "Mobius Airflow System" is able to perfectly calibrate the puff according to the user's needs. I like to use this coil with a power of 20W and with a minimum opening of the air flow I get a sufficiently fluid and spit-free steam delivery. Condensation is quite present in the pod compartment and this could be annoying, but it should not compromise the functioning of the device. I recommend as always (for all pod devices), to dry the bottom of the compartment with a cloth from time to time and not to leave the cartridge full of liquid inserted in the Mod for too long. The Chip Gene AI with a selected power of 20W and with this coil, it manages the charge of the 1,800mAh internal battery very well and if you are not a compulsive vaper, the charge level will be plenty enough for you all day long.

• 0.3Ω PnP-TW30 coil with 28-36W range:
The Gene AI intelligent chip (with this coil) automatically sets the wattage at 35W and prevents you from selecting a wattage higher than 40W, avoiding possible burns of the cotton caused by carelessness. The 0.3Ω PnP-TW30 is a great choice to get a loose vape ranging from RDL to DL depending on how you prefer to adjust the airflow. With the selected power of 36W and the airflow fully open, you get a very loose lung vape, quite flavorful and full of dense clouds of vapor. With this configuration I really like to close the airflow to about 50% because I get more heat and a higher concentration of flavour. The "Mobius Airflow System" when set for a large air passage (over 1,000Pa) prevents the automatic extraction sensor from receiving the right pressure, and will not activate. So for an RDL and DL vape (over 1,000Pa) you will be able to use Vinci 3 only with the use of the Fire button. Also in this case the production of condensation is considerable and you will need to periodically dry the compartment/pod. This is the small price to pay when using high performance coils such as PnP. PnP-DW60 and PnP-TW30 coils according to VooPoo have further improved the standards of durability and flavor production. I agree with VooPoo and I can say that they are really good coils.



I liked the VooPoo Vinci 3 Mod Pod Kit, so I continue to use it for my evening outings, I find that 4ml of capacity is an interesting figure for a small device like this, that uses a 1.800mah battery of great autonomy. I like the easy to read display, and I also like the airflow regulation system that works great in combination with using only the Fire button. When using MTL (below 1,000Pa) and with small portions of flow opening, the automatic extraction is perfectly usable by providing the right pressure to the sensor. The battery requires approximately 90 minutes to recharge. As far as I'm concerned, Vinci 3 is solid and captivating with a nice range of colors, you just have to choose your next super Mod Pod by VooPoo.
