I'm almost 49 and live in Maryland. I'm a single father living with my 17yr old daughter. A year before my daughter was born, I struggled with a serious ...... problem. Once I found out that I would become a father, I decided that I needed a way to stay clean, forever. I knew that I didn't want to get on methadone because I felt that would basically be still getting high. So after talking to a couple specialists, I decided to take Suboxone. Believe it or not, I haven't used any opioids for over 18 years. Suboxone saved my life. About 6 years ago I decided to slowly ween myself off of the Suboxone. Once off, the withdrawal wasn't as intense as a full blown ...... addiction, but the symptoms lasted much longer. I was sick for over 2 weeks with my sleep being non-existent for the following 2 months. The third month off Suboxone I noticed I was getting seriously depressed. I started thinking about getting high again (......), so I made the decision to get back on Suboxone, to which I'm still on it to this day.

Although Suboxone isn't a true opioid, it still constipates like that of regular opioid use. Over the last year, this constipation has become debilitating, so much so, it's landed me in the hospital. Being backed up all the time has left me with pain all over my abdomen. I've been to gastro specialists, tried every laxative known to man, both over and under the counter, to castor oil and senna products. Today, I practically live on Miralax. Lately, I'm finding these products no longer are as effective as they once were.

Back to my daughter and how all this fits in. Almost 2 years ago, when she was 16, she came home with red, bloodshot eyes. Because I used to smoke-up, I knew exactly what she was up to. Luckily my daughter and I have a trusting relationship, so I asked her if she was smoking pot, and she admitted it. At that time, she said it was her first time; so that was the end of it. Fast forward 1 - 1/2 years. One day I noticed, she had that unmistakable stupefied look on her face, this time without the tell tale red eyes. Obviously she wised up and used Visine. So I asked her if she was smoking pot. To which she said, "kinda". I asked her what kind she was smoking... Her answer confused me because I only could make out half of what she said. She said it was a sativa strand of THC-P. She continued to pull out a pink pen with the word "Cake" on it.

Because I'm a father first, I didn't feel comfortable with my 17yr old daughter, who's in her senior year of high school, getting high all the time. So I made her a deal. I explained to her that if she wants to get high on the weekends that would be okay, as long as she was making good choices, not getting into trouble, and staying safe. I told her she could get the pen on Friday after all her homework was completed and then at 8pm on Sunday evening she gives the pen back to me. After agreeing, she said, "you know, there's probably a medicinal purpose for the medical issues you're going through."

So there I am, in my room on a weekday, backed up beyond belief, in dire straights with pain; so I google the benefits of marijuana for people with chronic constipation. And sure enough, I found recent studies that show marijuana can help people with chronic constipation and the pain associated with it.

I must confess, I haven't smoked pot for almost 20 years. Back when I did smoke, I only smoked the good stuff,KB, not that garbage swag. I could look at the buds and tell by sight if it were good or not. Today, I have no idea what's good. Further, how was I supposed to know if whatever was sitting in my lockbox was good or not? I googled, "cake vape pen sativa THC P" and apparently the "Cake" brand has a large line of products that all use the same pink pen that's sitting in my Lock-box.

At this point, I'm holding the pen in my hand, examining it. I laugh. "It's got a USB port." WTF?!?! lol. At this point, I was thinking that there must be a "safety button" to activate it. So I pull on it like I was smoking a blunt. Hitting, hitting again, hitting again with a long pull. Finally, I noticed realizing the damn thing is glowing and the back of my throat is burning.

At this point I realized that whatever it was, I was getting high. In my room, I was watching the series Vikings on Prime for the hundredth time when I became fixated on the soundtrack playing in the background. My god it sounded so.... hypnotic, psychedelic, Good! It sounded like one of my older psybient tracks on vinyl playing at 33RPM instead of the intended 45RPM. (If that makes sense to any of you). I was completely fixated on it, and when it finally ended, I felt a massive shift in my abdomen area. It was a feeling common to most people, but for me, it's a feeling that's escaped me ever since the chronic constipation begun. I knew exactly what was happening. My guts were rolling! On the way to the bathroom, I distinctly remember saying to myself, "YES! YES!" Of course, I'll spare you all the details of my bowel movement. But I will say this. All my pain was gone. When I left the bathroom, I felt good. Yes. Yes, because I was high, but also because that was the first REAL bowel movement in months. I was mystified by this. The rest of the night I continued watching Vikings with a new sense of wonder and purpose.

Hopefully everyone can see where I'm going with this. What did I smoke? Where can I get another one? And what was it? Was it Δ8, Δ9, Δ10, THC 0, THC P? I like the idea that the pen doesn't "smell" up the room afterward. Can anyone help me out here?

Doric Q is the new minimalist VooPoo Kit whose design is inspired by the older brothers Doric 20 & Doric 60. Doric Q is a device created for MTL vaping and is equipped with a food-grade PCTG cartridge which houses a special integrated ITO resistor. The automatic extraction and the presence of a single LED light make it easy to use Doric Q even for beginners.



The double-injected plastic material makes the Doric Q light as a feather and aesthetically appealing with a beautiful sheen. The shapes are smooth and fluid, the reduced diameter enhances the handling qualities. The DORIC Q Kit features the newly released VOOPOO ITO cartridge with a pre-installed 1.0Ω coil supported by VOOPOO ITO atomization technology for MTL vaping. It is a cartridge with a small circular design, the drip-tip is fixed and non-replaceable, filling takes place laterally. The "ITO Anti-Leakage Structure" system of this cartridge provides two slots with an internal air passage to a rather elaborate cavity, this proven solution effectively protects the Mod from the condensation of the electronic liquid.



► VooPoo Doric Q; Vape Test and Final Conclusions:
For this test I used "crispy puft" aroma diluted 10% in a 50:50 PG/VG base with 3mg/ml boost. The 1.0Ω Disposable VooPoo Ito (2ml) cartridge seems to reflect the declared power data (12W), the extraction is of the MTL type, perfectly balanced in my opinion. The steam is hot at the right point and there are no spitting or condensation phenomena even after intense use. The integrated 1.0Ω resistance is able to effectively convey the flavor, also emphasizes the nicotine present in the e-liquid. Consumption is quite low, also according to VooPoo a cartridge lasts up to 10 days of vape before being recycled. Ultimately Doric Q is a pocket and stealthy vaporizer, really comfortable to carry, the 800mAh battery recharges in a short time and offers a good vape autonomy. Its appearance is lovable and its purchase price will certainly be interesting and convenient.

I drowned a couple of my favorite small devices ( vaporesso target mini 2 ) recently.
In the search for a suitable replacement, eventually decided on the Vaporesso gen fit 40 which came with the itank X using GTX coils.
Never really planned on using the supplied tank as I've been coiling & wicking either a Dvarw or Pioneer RTA for several years & have been happy with their performance, or so I thought.
On a whim, I primed & fit the 1.2 coil in the Itank X & gave it a try. Wow ! , apparently pre-made drop in coils have come a very long way in recent years. It was good .. really good, & only needed 10-11 W so battery lasted over a day in the tiny device !
On a recent vacation - I never once had to re wick or otherwise fiddle with a device over 9 days using one drop in coil in that Itank X all while getting great consistent flavor the entire time. Like that a lot.
These GTX coils seem to last much, much longer than my self coiled & wicked RTA's. The convenience is worth the $$ spent on coils given their long life & great flavor. Vaporesso has some things figured out it seems.

So there's the back story, since these GTX coils have performed so well, I'm contemplating the purchase of another Vaporesso tank compatible with those. Which one ? , it appears Vaporesso makes several other versions.
The one & only negative I can attribute to the ITank X & GTX coils is the system is a bit noisy compared to especially the Dvarw RTA's Ive been using. Not a deal breaker, but still ..

Looking for a recommendation for another Vaporesso GTX compatible tank with easy top fill, & if it were to be relatively quiet, that would be a very nice upgrade from the ITank X.

For you temperature control users there are TC power modes including TCR along with other power modes ( Smart, Wattage, Voltage, Bypass ). There are 2 versions available with 1 having the Vessel Tank for drop in VVC coils with the other version having a RBA Vessel Tank as well as the standard Vessel Tank. Like it says I’m mainly trying to hunt down a gem RTA v1 or v2 is fine, just needs all the parts.

In’ax v3 18mm and In’ax v5 would be pretty cool too but I rarely see Athea mods stuff

Hey everyone, I bought a Vaporesso Swag PX80 a while back. I used it for a few weeks, and I noticed that it just leaks all the time. I made sure to make sure that the coils were seated in the pod tank the right way, and made sure that the drip tip lock feature was engaged to hold the coil in. Even after changing the coil, and the pod tank three or four different times it just continued to leak terribly. Has anyone else had this issue with this device? If so, have you found any way at all to fix it? Thank you.
