► Dovpo Limpid Pod; First Impressions:
I really like Dovpo's devices because they usually release detailed vaporization systems such as the Blotto RDA series which is always evolving or the aggressive and performing MVP or RIVA electronic mods. This time I was sent an entry level Pod type kit with disposable cartridges, a max power of 15W, a rechargeable 800mAh internal battery and an e-liquid capacity of 2ml. What you immediately notice in the first Pod Mod device that Dovpo built is the transparency of the Limpid body which highlights the internal chip, but you will also notice extreme lightness and compact size. So far nothing new, it seems like a pretty cheap proposition, in fact on the Dovpo website, this pod kit is priced at an inviting $ 12.99. I will therefore try to find out if the performance will match the numerous competition.



► Dovpo Limpid Pod; How it is made:
I received the Purple coloring for this review. The body is made of impact-resistant and wear-resistant polycarbonate, and thanks to the transparent design you can see the internal chip and the 4 indication LEDs which are very striking, the name Dovpo appears under the LED with a non-invasive white writing. . There is a slight texture on the back but the entire surface is smooth, almost velvety and pleasant to the touch. For the transport of Limpid you can also choose to use the lanyard supplied in the kit which has one end with a rubber ring, the lanyard is cute and is in the same color tone as Limpid, but personally I am not going to use it.





The 4 LEDs light up every time the pod is inserted or removed. When you recharge the Limpid, the lights will flash red when the charge level is below 30% and then white when the level is above 30%, then the lights will turn off when after about 50 minutes the battery is fully charged. During normal use the lights turn red when the battery level reaches less than 30%. In addition, the lights flash white 3 times when the cartridge is not detected or is defective. The security package includes 6 functions and one of them has a rather interesting feature to make sure that children cannot use the device, to insert the lock you have to proceed in this way; remove and install the cartridge 5 times in less than 12 seconds and the lights will flash red 5 times confirming the lock / child. To remove the block, repeat the previous operation.





► Dovpo Limpid Pod; Airflow;
On the side profile of Limpid there are two opposing holes, the size of these holes is rather small and this undoubtedly indicates the MTL vocation of Limpid.



► Dovpo Limpid Pod; Cartridges:
The cartridges are disposable and this means that when the internal coil is exhausted you will have to replace the pod, the transparency of the pod offers a good view of the internal liquid level. The cartridges do not use any magnet for the connection to the Mod. The interlocking system is tenacious and you do not run the risk of losing pieces on the road.



The "clamshell" opening system allows you to easily fill without removing the cartridge from the Mod, so once the spout is removed you can remove the silicone cap and insert up to 2ml of e-liquid.



Dovpo was kind enough to send me two packs of replacement cartridges, one box contains two 0.8Ω cartridges and the other contains two 1.0Ω cartridges which are the same as the one supplied. In addition you can also buy the 1.2Ω cartridge, in practice there are 3 different cartridges for an MTL choice that appears quite complete.



► Dovpo Limpid Pod; Vaping test & final conclusions:
Limpid Pod is an all in all attractive and uncomplicated device, it performs very well and is therefore very suitable for new users. With this type of integrated coils I always use 50/50 creamy liquids, the nicotine concentration on all my vaporizers I keep it deliberately low because I don't want unwanted tachycardias. What has completely satisfied me with Limpid is the filling system, but not only. I must say that the 800mAh battery recharges quickly and the LED is excellently visible, precise and punctual in sending notifications. I think the declared power of 15W can only be obtained with the 0.8Ω cartridge that was sent to me separately, while with the 1.0Ω cartridge (which is present in the kit) the power should be about 1-2W lower. With both cartridges (0.8 / 1.0Ω) the airflow although not adjustable, appears very well balanced for MTL but it is not particularly restricted, however you can always close a hole by plugging it with your fingers, in this way you increase the hit in throat and the puff remains fluid without spitting. Under normal conditions of use (with the two free air passage holes), the vapor is abundant and the taste is good with both cartridges, in particular I liked the optional 0.8Ω cartridge because it offers more hit and a slightly hotter steam. I must say that the 1.0Ω cartridge is also good, and will surely meet the tastes of the majority of vapers.

Hello and welcome to my review on the Dragbar F600 disposable by Zovoo, which is Voopoo's sister company that focuses on disposables. I was give a few samples to review. I am hoping to provide a honest and fair review. I'll start by showing some promotional images and telling you about the disposables features and specifications. I will then tell you a bit about the flavours that I tried. I don't vape 20mg so I wasn't able to use all of these. I don't know anyone who vapes so I couldn't give anyone a used disposable, so I decided to give 2 of them to 2 people that were in need walking around town. I know it wont get them to quit, but it helps them for at least a day, maybe 2. I did try and finish a couple to completion, and that was very difficult lol I usually vape 3-6mg, depending on the day, stress levels and devices used. Ok, so now that that is out of the way, let's get to the review.

Unboxing and Usage Highlights



I was sent 5 flavours to test and review. They are Drag Bull Ice, Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Cola Ice and Pink Lemonade. I haven't used disposables besides the ones I have reviewed, so seeing how small the boxes are is still quite shocking. The front of the boxes are coloured roughly the same colour as the disposable within. On the top is says DRAGBAR F600, and under that is a picture of the device contained within the box. On that same picture is an award showing that they've won the Best Newcomer Winner 2022 award. Under that It has the flavour of the disposable and then a nicotine warning. Not for anyone under the ages of 19 (18 or 21 in other areas and countries as well, know your local tobacco/nicotine laws).







The first flavour I tried was Cola Ice. As a disclaimer, I don't like Cola flavours but have been dying to find one that really resembles a cold refreshing gulp of cola. Unfortunately, this was more of the same. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that love cola flavoured liquids, but I haven't found one for me yet. That said, the flavour was similar to a discount cola and has a bunch of koolada which I assume is to mimic the cold and refreshing-ness of a can of Pepsi or Coca-Cola (don't come after me Big Soda, I'm too broke to matter to you…. I hope.) So if you usually like cola flavours, I'm pretty sure you will love this one.








The next flavour I tried was the Watermelon Ice. No disclaimer necessary, I LOVE watermelon. This was no exception. You get the watermelon right off the bat but it is mild and has a bit of a cucumber taste to it as well, on the inhale. On the exhale you have a righteous cooling effect (almost too much in my opinion. Made me cough at first a bit) along with a salty watermelon aftertaste. It's really really good, but the cooling (Koolada) could definitely be “turned down" a touch. This said, I really enjoyed this flavour and it was the one I managed to completely finish (took me a week because I couldn't vape it as my “only" vape, the nicotine was too high).



I wanted to show this, the 2 holes are important. The one that is closest to the front panel is a light. It lights up when you take a drag. The other hole is the airflow vent. This is where the disposable pulls it's air in from. Don't cover it while hitting or you will get dry hits and potentially burn out your disposable.

I also tried the Pink Lemonade flavour but somehow lost the pictures of it. Regardless, it looks the same in shape and is a kind of pastel pink colour. My apologies. I found this one to not taste like Pink Lemonade at all, rather it tasted like Pink Grapefruit. It's grapefruit from the beginning with cooling starting about 1/3rd of the way into your drag. I like grapefruit, but not enough to vape it as a solo flavour (I don’t consider koolada a flavour, if it had a mint taste then sure but its only the cooling effect).

I gave 2 away and was able to ask one of them how long it lasted him, he said it lasted 2 and a half days fairly heavy vaping. He kept getting headaches (nicotine overload) and couldn't vape it as much as he wanted. He still smoked occasionally through it. He got the Blueberry Sour Raspberry and said he really liked it. He said it wasn't very sour but you could definitely taste the berries. He said it also had a lot of cooling. I figure this is a common trend with disposables as all the ones I have tried to date have had some form of a cooling effect. The guy that I gave the disposable to said that if the cooling was slightly less, that the nicotine was offered in 15mg, he would use them when available. I would have to agree.

I would recommend these to anyone who is thinking of quitting smoking and looking at vaping as an option, but be aware of the cooling that seems to be in a majority of disposables. I would also recommend these to someone who maybe forgot their vape at home but has to get on with their day. These are perfect for those applications as they are only 2mL and you can decide whether you like the flavour or not, or will be home in a few hours and just need something small to hold you over.

I would like to thank Fiona at Zovoo for sending these to me for review. They were fun to try, and to give out. I would love an option in 10-15mg/mL but these ARE geared to pack a day or more smokers, and I'm a 6mg/mL freebase vaper so I don't truly think I was the intended target haha

It’s my understanding that you can buy just the mod or you can buy a kit with the mod and the Centaurus Sub Ohm Tank included. I was just sent the mod and that’s fine with me. I have plenty of tanks. The M200 has an output range of 5-200 watts while using dual 18650 batteries. The mod is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel to give you a pretty lightweight device despite it being a little bit of a big mod measuring at 93 x 56.7 x 26mm. It has an output range of .7-10V so it does have buck boost for those that look for that in a mod. Both side panels are removable and can be swapped between sides or between different mods. It’s a fairly simplistic mod but is a powerhouse and has a really different way of controlling the output that I’ll talk about more later.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Centaurus M200 is very nice indeed. On the outer sleeve is a really nice color picture of the device contained inside. The one I received is the Pink Planet. I’m assuming that the packaging for the other colors won’t have a pink background like mine does. On the back side is a list of contents, warning, authenticity code, and a bar code with the color version named on it.

Once the outer sleeve is removed then I was greeted by a very impressive black box. Well done Lost Vape! The front of the box has the Centaurus symbol in the center in gold surrounded by the words “Lost Vape M200” in a circular pattern around the symbol also in gold. Very impressively done.

The box top is split in two halves and once opened exposes the very nice Centaurus M200. I have to say that the pink version would probably have been my last choice but I don’t get to pick the color for review samples. I’m just thankful to have received a sample. There is also a USB-C charging cable included inside the box beside the Centaurus.

The two side panels of the M200 are identical besides one side having the Lost Vape name on it and the other has Centaurus on it and are both removable. They have a design stamped into the aluminum panels with the Centaurus symbols in the center in silver to make them stand out nicely. On the back side of each is two magnets to hold them on securely and there is no rattle.

Since I’ve included the battery side in the pictures, I’ll point out that there is a battery release strap that makes changing batteries easier and the Lost Vape name is printed on it. The battery polarity is clearly marked inside the compartment by having the polarity signs molded into the plastic so you don’t have to worry about the markings wearing off. The Lost Vape name is molded into the top of the opening and is marked on the side with “Designed and manufactured by Lost Vape “.

The third picture below shows the side opposite the battery compartment which is just a solid black panel once the pink side cover is removed. At the base you can see a notch cut out which the mod has on both sides to allow the user to get a fingernail under to pop off the side panel. I am guessing that Lost Vape will start selling different side panels to be purchased separately but don’t know that for sure.

The 510 connection on top of the mod is centered to allow up to a 26mm tank to fit with no overhang. The 510 connection plate is held in securely with three torx head screws. It appears to be made of stainless steel while the center pin is gold plated and spring loaded. I wonder if the three screws are secured underneath or just threaded into the aluminum body? The reason this came to mind is I know that aluminum is soft and if you overtighten a screw in it then it can strip the threads.

Now let’s take a look at the front of the mod. At the top is the 3-in-1 Jog Dial Interface. The M200 uses an upgraded Quest 2.0 chip so you won’t see the usual three button configuration that we’ve seen many times on Lost Vape mods. Instead there is a knurled ring that is a 360 degree rotational wheel (potentiometer) that you use to adjust the wattage by turning clockwise to increase and counter clockwise to decrease. The reason it’s called a 3-in-1 is that it is also a push to fire button as well as incorporating an LED battery level indicator. One of my first concerns was changing the wattage while pressing the fire button or handling the mod but you can press the fire button three times to lock the adjustment. The battery level indicator has five different colors which might confuse some. Luckily there are two battery level indicators on the display. The M200 is a wattage only mod. The display shows the following information.

• Two battery level indicators with percentages shown also
• Lost Vape name
• Set wattage
• Coil resistance
• Length of time of current puff
• Puff Counter

The M200 I received is a sample and does not include it but on production models there will be two different modes which are Normal Mode and RDA DIY mode. Below the display screen is a sideways sliding switch that can be used to turn the mod on or off completely. Slide to the right to turn it on and slide to the left to turn it off. Below that is the USB-C charging port.

The wattage adjustment on the M200 is not linear. It adjusts in three incremental steps as follows.

• 0-39 watts = 1W change
• 40-98 watts= 2W change
• 99-200 watts= 5W change

When you reach 200 watts then the mod will round robin by continuing to turn the adjustment wheel. The five different colors for the battery level indication on the LED ring are as follows.

• 0-20% = Red
• 20-40% = White
• 40-60% = Blue
• 60-80% =Green
• 80-100% = Purple(looks pink to me)

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I think that Lost Vape has done a very nice job on the Centaurus M200. From the very nice package to the well-executed appearance, the M200 is a powerhouse mod with minimalistic controls. I think that they realize that the majority of vapers use wattage output mode so after upgrading the Quest 2.0 chip they have delivered a wattage mode only mod and instead of the three button interface normally found with that chipset, they have designed the 3 in 1 Jog Dial Interface. This type interface allows the user to manipulate the controls with one hand and no need to press multiple buttons at the same time to access features. I received a review sample so it does not have the RDA Mode and cannot do the three presses of the fire button to lock the adjustment but production models will.

The two side panels of the mod are interchangeable and from what I understand, separate side panels will be available for purchase at a later time. It has a 26mm solid framing and the body and panels are made of aluminum to make it lightweight despite being a fairly large mod. I don’t have large hands so found the mod a little wide to hold at first but have quickly become accustomed to it. The protruding 3 in 1 fire button also took a little getting used to as I’m used to most mods where the fire button is nearly flush with the body of the mod.

So, would I recommend the Lost Vape Centaurus M200 for you? If you’re looking for a lightweight dual battery mod with a pretty darn cool fire button and what I consider to be nice aesthetics then yes I would. It’s a straight up wattage mod that does what it’s supposed to do and looks pretty cool while it’s doing it.

This button is used for quite a few purposes as listed above. I’m pleased to be back with you today to take a look at the third edition of the Vaporesso Xros and Xros Mini. Both were sent to me by Vaporesso in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. That being said, I have to admit that I may be a little biased as I have been using the Xros and Xros 2 for quite some time as a pocket carry at work. As a matter of fact I am still using the original Xros sample that I received for the review when it first came out. I have chosen to go ahead and combine the reviews for the Xros 3 and Xros 3 Mini since they are similar and the pods are interchangeable between them as well as being compatible with the Xros 2, Xros Nano, and the original Xros and Xros mini.

The Xros 3 has a 1000mah internal battery just like the previous version. The charging rate is 5V/1A. It comes with .6 and 1.0 ohm pods with a 2ml capacity. Both of these are new to me. In the past I have just used the 1.2 and .8 ohm pods. The .8 ohm pod has become my favorite of those two. The Xros 3 is dual activated with a fire button or auto draw just like the two previous versions.

The Xros 3 Mini has an internal battery of 1000mah also and of course the pod has a 2ml capacity as it is cross compatible with all other Xros devices. The Mini only comes with one .6 ohm pod and does not have airflow control or a fire button like the Xros 3. It is auto draw only.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Xros 3 and Xros 3 Mini are similar. Both come in black and green boxes with a color picture of the actual device inside the carton. I received the Royal Gold version on the Xros 3 but honestly to me it looks like an orange fade. I’m not complaining, I really like the color. The Xros 3 Mini that I received is the Space gray version which I also like very much but am kind of favoring the Royal Gold one for a couple reasons.

The back side of each box has a specifications and contents listed as well as company information for Smoore(Vaporesso) and bar code with color version listed.









Once the outer sleeve is slid off of the Xros 3 then there is a black envelope that contains the user manual. Underneath is the Xros 3 in all its glory with the .6 ohm pod pre-installed. To the right side is the included 1.0 ohm pod in a foil pack and a USB-C charging cable below. It’s a little hard to tell from the picture but the Xros 3 came with a clear plastic wrap around it to protect it during shipping.



The Xros 3 Mini only comes with one .6 ohm pod. I know I’m going to sound like a broken record here but I just don’t agree with putting out a pod kit with one pod or coil included due to the fact that nothing is perfect and if the customer gets a bad pod with the device then it is useless if they didn’t buy extra pods. The Mini also comes with the device wrapped in plastic for shipping. There is also a USB-C charging cable sitting to the side. It is a basic starter kit.



Both the Xros 3 and the 3 Mini have a 1000mah battery built in. The 3 is smooth to the touch but doesn’t show fingerprints while the front of the Mini is textured on the front much like the previous version of the Mini. The Xros 3 can be fired with the button on the front or can be used in auto draw while the Mini is auto draw only and does not have a button. The fire button on the Xros 3 has a double circular design and has a silver edge if you look at it from the side. It really is a nice looking design. Each of them has the Vaporesso name on the front. The Xros 3 and the Mini each have a light bar at the bottom that illuminates to display the battery level but also cycles through different colors while the device is activated. There are three different color indications for the battery level as follows.

• Green = 70-100%
• Blue = 30-70%
• Red = 0-30%

Both also have the Vaporesso “V” logo design on the back but the Xros 3 has the adjustable airflow control on the back which is why I prefer the Xros, Xros 2, and now the Xros 3 to the Mini series of pods. Airflow control is an important feature to me.









There is an airflow inlet hole on both sides of each of the bodies near the top. The charging port for each is located on the bottom just like previous versions of each of them. The charging rate on each is 5V/1A so should be able to charge each in about an hour.
