This sounds complicated cause I am giving you options but it is really easy.
ACV Gummies:

1 1/2 cup of water, divide into 1 c and 1/2 c .
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar with the mother (I use Braggs)
1/3 cup powdered sweetener of choice (I prefer allulose or allulose/monk fruit blend)
2 Tablespoons of gelatin (I prefer unflavored beef gelatin but any will work)
Optional:
=lemon extract or even 1-2 tbsp of concentrated lemon juice.
=My #1 choice is a tbsp of electrolyte powder.
=water enhancers like Stur, they have a lot of different flavors.
=collagen peptides
  1. In a medium size saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, apple cider vinegar, and Powdered sweetener. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat. You just want to dissolve the sweetener, not heat too much or it kills the 'mother' (good stuff).
  2. Meanwhile, pour the remaining 1/2 cup water into a bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the water and whisk immediately before it sets. Set aside to bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the ACV mixture. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Put back over heat if there are clumps.
  4. Put the mixture into molds or ice cube trays, if you don't have molds. You can cut the cubes after set.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds.

Best stored in an airtight container in the fridge to retain the best benefits of the acv.

Good morning shinies,

We have been to the forest today, Øsa has been working, while we have hoped, the day was excellent with no animals on the ground, but it is good to meet neighbors and childhood friends, and Øsa was excellent in work.

Vape gear for the day was the two rebuilt lost vape mods (which have dna cips), a Dwarv 24 and my modified Kumo.

The Lurker Thread

Good evening everyone

1st weekend off now that the schedule has officially changed

Making some changes to the way I prepare meals now. I did not really changed to the way I eat since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. Over the last 2 months I have lost 35lbs, I weighed 295 before starting this diet now down to 260. I am hoping to get my weight down to 220 in the next year or so. I have really been on health kick lately, the kitchen smells awesome. Making a chuck roast in a beef bone broth with portabella mushrooms, red peppers, onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, chives, basil, turmeric, cumin and black peppercorn.

Hope you all have a great weekend
