Good afternoon shinies,

Today's work, I need to file down the faceplate more, one actuator is a bit short.
A tad escribe Theme work also done.

My unused Kumo is going through a bit of everything too, now it has a 4x1.6mm aiflow blocked.
2 of them will be drilled out with a micro drill. With a little luck I won't miss too much and it could be a Kumo MTL, if luck is on my side.

Had to cut down some big old boxwood bushes, wife doesn't like them anymore. She wants to replace them with different bushes. Got them cut down to 6 inches or so with the reciprocating saw last week. Still had to remove the stumps so I started on that today.

They are a major pain to remove. They form a solid wood stump underground, about 8 inches across and 8 inches deep. From that they send out half a dozen big horizontal roots about 1" diameter or bigger. You have to locate and expose each one and cut it with the reciprocating saw. But the stump also sends out a thick mass of tiny roots which make it a major pain to dig out the soil and expose the big roots.

There are 4, got two of them out today and it took 3 hours. Too knackered to move now.
Sounds like a lot of work to me.

My oldest daughter offered to come and help in the morning and the youngest offered to help in the afternoon. It’s supposed to be pretty hot tomorrow so I’m not sure how much I’m going to do in the afternoon.
Hopefully you can get enough done early so you can rest up later.

How to Fix Stuff

Ours did have reverse which made it easy to clean off the auger. We have a lot of clay so some holes were difficult. The very last hole we had to dig out two big rocks. Then when we proceeded, we hit the wire and pipe for my sprinkler system. I have a guy coming tomorrow to fix it.
I've become an expert on sprinkler systems after busting them so many times..

Heather's Heavenly Vapes - THE BIG THREAD (Part 6)

Happy October everyone!

The weather has been amazing here in Illinois for the past two months. Been spending all my time on the deck and just relaxing with the pups.

It's starting to turn cool, but all the awesome farms are pumping out those pumpkins like crazy. My daughter goes to school about two hours away, so hopefully we get to stop and pick up some stuff in the next couple of weeks.

Oh hell, I forgot it's cider time!
Tis the season.
