Random DIY mixing and More

Morning, mixers.

Rain may be backing off some today. Or not. It was mostly heavy all day yesterday, temps in the mid 50s.

AI response is: HealthCabin does not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning you, the customer, are responsible for any taxes or customs fees in your destination country, even if you choose Dedicated Line as your shipping method

Does this mean that for a $40 order that customs is going to notify me that I owe additional tax if it doesn't arrive in US by May 2?

One would hope so, rather than them just throwing it away, but I haven't a clue.

Morning, all.

Heavy to moderate rain all day yesterday, claim it it will back of a bit, and maybe even some sunbreaks tomorrow... right.

Guess Mike is not going to be fly fishing today!

But wouldn't the wind just throw the line where it needs to be? ;)

Sunny and 43 here today with wind gusts up to 40 mph. Guess Mike is not going to be fly fishing today!
You know how I have gotten into using bone broth, I talked with a friend of Perry's who makes veggie broth. She keeps a bag in the freezer and puts all her scraps from making other things. Stuff like carats, celery, onions, potatoes, etc. When the gallon bag gets full, she makes broth out of it. I have never even thought of that. Now, I do freeze leftover veggies from our meals, and when it gets full I make soup. Oh well, I'm going to try it.

Sure is quiet around here!
What's the difference between bone broth and the broth I get by simmering all the chicken bones from a rotisserie chicken? I assumed it was the same thing. Sometimes I add veggies to it, but not always. I keep it in the zip lock bags in the freezer and comes in handy for soups and gravies.
