You should probably consult your doctor. The jury is out on whether vaping can be a direct cause for tinnitus. On the other hand, loud noises (including blasting your car stereo), stress, illness, etc. are well known causes.

I’ve managed to get down to 6mg for most liquids except my pod for at work. I still use snus also. Between those two I’ve managed to stay off the cigarettes.
