I finally got tracking on the order that was originally shipped wrong from Sourcemore. I originally ordered on November 11 and received it on 12-14. I’ve been waiting since then for the correct items. I got an email last night that my package is on the way to the U.S. and a tracking number was created. It could still be weeks before I see it. Talk about slow boat shipping!

SS is harder to wind simply because it is so very springy.lol Nichrome is much easier to work with.

Thanks!, I'll give that a try. This morning I'm gonna build myself a wire winding jig. Trying to wind wire around a screwdriver shank is like hearding cats.

That dude is wound tight ain't he. Some pretty cool coil builds. Not sure I want to be messed up with making my own clapton wire. I checked out Mike Vapes too and noticed he runs spaced coils and his coils don't have that burned look to them.
I've got a decent coil in it now just have to get more practice with my wicking. I'm using cotton bacon and right now my atty is dribbling out the lower air vents a little. I'm finding there is a fine line between too much wick and not enough. Too much and it starves for juice, not enough and it leaks.
